The adjacent kitchen is well-equipped with full-size appliances, stone counters, and cookware/serveware so you can prep meals at home, then sit down together for dinner or grab a quick bite at the counter.

Slide the day’s gear into the entry, fire up the BBQ grill for an easy dinner, and unwind. You’ll have WiFi to stay connected and an in-home washer and dryer to keep layers fresh between adventures. Community amenities—including a rare year-round heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and tennis courts—add easy on-site fun between outings.

• Parking: Assigned lot parking for up to 2 vehicles. Parking passes will be provided in the unit upon arrival. No buses, RVs, or trailers are allowed.

• Stairs: Stairs are required in this home.

• WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Community amenities: The indoor pool is heated year-round; hot tub (jacuzzi), sauna, and tennis courts are also on site and managed by the community.

• Getting around: About a 5-minute drive to Eagle Lodge (Chair 15 in winter). Short drives to Mammoth Village, Minaret Village (Vons), and shops along Main St/Old Mammoth Rd.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

    Stayed for 4 nights in this property. while the layout, no of bedrooms seems to be satisfactory, my stay wasn't up to the mark. we're working and needed the internet right away, info provided in the email was incorrect and found the correct info on the printout located in the property. while this is small inconvenience, the next day, it stopped working in the afternoon completely. had to call to get it fixed and we're without internet for a while. the next found woke up to dead mice in my sandals and dishwasher wasn't working. someone did come to fix it (looks like it has to be in certain cycle etc etc), i ended up having hand wash and live with full sink of dishes. the cooking vessels are way bigger than the burners and making them not so useful scenario. ended up using available small ones. even missing basic things like oven mittens, food storage bowls with lids ( had nothing to store left overs, so used small bowls with plates ). The stove is another story, all wobbly coils didn't allow cooking easy either. was using just one back burner, consuming delayed time and all. the bed top coverings and throw/decorative pillows were old, had stains and feels dirty. One of the downstairs sink was clogged/slow water draining. someone did come but problem persists. oh, no one asked me about what happened to the dead mice, we had to dispose it along with my sandals. Overall, this could be a great property, only if they update and address the issues. Hope this helps.

    Great condo at an accessible location. Clean and modern. Property manager was communicative and everything in the condo was as described in the listing. We had a great stay!
