The property is as advertised. It is very clean and well-maintained. There are utensils for basic cooking, but not for anything too involved. There are lots of dining options nearby, though. Having the washer/dryer in the unit was VERY convenient. I had no issues with the WiFi, but there isn't any cable TV or local channels that I could find. For those who are sensitive, the bedroom was very bright when the sun came up (no blackout curtains). I was very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend it. The included parking spot is a must, since there is rarely any parking available on nearby streets. I would definitely stay here again. In fact, I tried to book it for my next trip but unfortunately it wasn't available.

    Excellent location, beautiful view of the city and mountainsfrom the living room. The kitchen was very well equipped, the same with the bathroom with a lots of towels, beach towels and beach chairs. We were very pleased with everything and the also with the parking space.

On the 20th floor overlooking the Ala Wai Canal and in the background, the City's Public Golf Course with spectacular views of the mountains. Shopping close by and you are just minutes away from Waikiki Beach. Unit is well maintained.

    Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: # 2007 needs some TLC. This condo needs a coat of paint to cover scuff marks, remove the stained carpet and replace with new flooring and some good thorough cleaning from top to bottom! More attention to detail and a little more elbow grease would remove a lot of rust and dust from this unit. The location is a bonus. Never a dull moment from our lanai, local outrigger canoe club and golf course provide hours of entertainment for your viewing pleasure! People that we met in the elevator each day were friendly and helpful. Whether they were maintenance, locals or tourists, all had a smile and a hello to share with us. We enjoyed exploring Montserrat ave. located past the zoo area. Great food can be found there and at reasonable cost too. All in all, a pleasurable and fun stay.
