Very clean. Comfortable beds. Everything you needed in the kitchen. Tastefully decorated and welcoming.

Didn’t realize i would need to bring my own toilet paper and trash bags (only had one roll of TP and one trash bag).Master bedroom the bed needs to be replaced. Visible sinking spots.The view was beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay with the exception of an air conditioning problem. The maintenance man arrived shortly after we arrived and said he needed to replace the thermostat which he did. He stated he had it replaced and everything looked good. We then received a call that the compressor needed to be replaced and we would need to change units but the ones we looked at just did not measure up. We told them we were staying the night at the one we rented and would decide what to do in the morning that the A/C was working fine. The maintenance man had told her it wasn’t working at all. We told manager the following morning it was working fine and would like to stay where we were. She said as long as it was working, we could stay and if we had any problems with it to let her know. It cooled great all week! Jennifer was excellent to work with! This unit is beautiful and we loved it!

Great view…good location to Elevator

Fabulous condo! Clean and well equipped. The toilet seat in the master bath needs to be replaced as it is quite loose. We also had issues with neighbors smoking on their balconies. We were forced inside several times.

Outdated chairs and rug in living room needs replacing and also carpet in bedrooms. Great view of pool and beach but need cushions for the chairs on the deck

The property was nice. The condo was nice, but pictures made it look bigger than it was. Roomy enough for us though.

Check in was easy! The problem I had was when i reached out to report the neighbors smoking Marijuana on their balcony, NOTHING was done about it. I reported it twice. It was just about everytime we tried to be on our balcony. I have young kids and noone should have to smell that. If the customer service / security wouldve actually done something to stop that issue, it probably would've been 5 stars, its hard to justify the price when we couldnt spend any time on the balcony.

Overall beautiful condo

Property is looking alittle worn. But it is fairly old. Have stayed several times, but noticed it is looking out dated compared to other Phoenix complexes. Clean

Had to carry shopping cart full of groceries up four flights of stairs due to elevators being constantly full. One elevator was down and too many people for the condo for just 3 elevators. Wait times were ridiculous, thankful nothing happened, had to use stairs most of our stay!Room balcony door could barely open with two hands and the balcony was nasty, needs pressure washed. Dining room chairs were stained and nasty as well. Could barely open door for the washer and dryer, its on its last leg. Carpet was ripped and just was not impressed like the pictures show. Will not be returning!

We stayed at this property for a long weekend during Sand in My Boots festival. The location was perfect and near all the necessary shopping and restaurants. The setup was perfect for our group (only 4 of us).

The living room furniture was small frame and a little uncomfortable but everything else was great.

Great little condo right on the beach! The pictures depict the condo perfectly and we had a great time! The layout was nice - the secondary bedroom is far enough away that we didn’t wake the kids being in the living room once they went to bed. Kitchen was nice and easy to work in. The views are stunning - right on the water. Pool and splash pad were great for the kids. The location is also great - close to restaurants and shopping. We plan to come gain next year!

Great condo, great location. I would recommend replacing the shower liner in the spare bedroom with something a little more high quality. We really enjoyed our stay!
