What I loved: decor was beautiful and well laid out. Nice large kitchen with tall counters!!!. Had the basics, with most of the staples. Very nice bathroom and comfortable patio set on balcony. Didn't like: Parking is for one vehicle only, they don't tell you when you book. However you can park on street in summer for free. Not enough lighting in kitchen when trying to do anything in there. No foil or plastic wrap to cover left overs. Bed in loft was very hard, ended up on pull out sofa. Balconies are small and exposed, not much privacy and someone kept smoking marijuana below us, ugh!! even though there is a no smoking policy at the entire complex.

Went to moose management to get the keys, the lady at desk said, wrong address. She resent the confirmation email. She pointed out the address on the email, it was wrong address. We didn't know we had to go to ANOTHER management place with a different address and got the keys. TV Wi-Fi kept going out. We couldn't use the TV.

The internet was out when we got there. Called the manager on duty at the front desk. She said that they already knew and that they called someone to fix it, shouldn’t be much longer. The next morning it was still off. Called again. We were told that the people who they called to fix it had not gotten back to them yet. We went another day without internet. That evening we called moose management directly. After looking into themselves we were given an opportunity to file a complaint and possibly get a refund but that was all that could be done. The next morning we still had no internet. It was our last day and unfortunately we were not sad to be leaving what was supposed to be our first and exciting Thanksgiving since being empty nesters. Just as we were walking our luggage out the door, guess what?! The internet came on! It was insane!!! Another thing that happened was that we had to move sleeping arrangements from the bedroom to the couch bed because the bed was so uncomfortable that a bar in our back was a better option. We also found it difficult to climb the wood stairs up to the bedroom. They were extremely slippery! Even being careful and holding on to the rails, I fell from the second top stair all the way to the bottom! I ended up with a big goose egg, from my head banging each step, my left elbow received a hairline fracture, and black and blue bruises all over my body.

The loft was clean and very cozy. Loved that it was just a few steps from the Railway Trail. Walking distance to good food. Shuttle bus stop was very close by.

Overall a good value spot for a week of skiing! Lots of space and well equipped kitchen made it good for 2 people who spent most of the day on the mountain. Shuttle to the mountain and town are right out the door, but in the furthest Prospector building so you couldn't walk to the shopping plaza. Same complaints as others on the bed (very old/uncomfortable with a cheap duvet) and the skylight which made it hard to sleep in past 6:00AM.
