    Small, one room condo with bathroom, washer and dryer, and well-equipped kitchen. Heating by gas fireplace tends to dry already dry air further. Very convenient to free bus Transportaion system in Park City, obviating need for a rental car. Expensive for size, but workable for a single couple only.

    A nice updated unit with all the necessary amenities. One suggestion would be to put in a dresser with plenty of space to put clothes in place of the desk in the unit.

    Great location, very clean. Mattress needs to be replaced-had a definite sag in the middle. Be careful not to set anything near the fireplace glass, it was quite hot as the flame was very low, could not turn off & call to mgmt co was not returned.

    Great little home base to experience park city. The bed and couch were comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were both clean and nice. I will give a heads up that the check in process involved signing extra waivers, and then downloading and registering in another app, in case that matters to you. Also, we thought we would need heating at night, but couldn’t find the thermostat or how to turn on the fireplace (we found a unidentified remote that seemed to need new batteries?). Luckily, we were totally fine without heat, and Doug at the front desk was so nice to come over while we were troubleshooting, but also couldn’t figure out how to access the heating. Overall, it was a really good experience and we’d stay here again

    This is a nice rental in a very quiet location. Easy access to the city bus for transport to Main Street or the lifts makes getting around very easy.
