Just 1.7 miles (less than 5 minutes) from the Cabriolet lift at the Canyons base of Park City Mountain Resort, Bear Hollow is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts and those seeking relaxation alike.

The community offers easy access to a variety of activities, with hiking and biking trails nearby and a convenient underground passage to the Redstone Shopping Center, avoiding busy streets. Bear Hollow is close to the bustling Redstone Shopping Center, offering grocery stores, restaurants, and a movie theater. You can also reach the base of Main Street, with its eclectic shops and cultural attractions, in just 5.5 miles (less than 15 minutes).

Guests have exclusive access to the Bear Hollow Clubhouse, featuring a fitness center, a pool (open in summer), and a hot tub available year-round. For pet-friendly travelers, Bear Hollow provides multiple large fields for dogs to roam and play. The community also offers BBQ areas, fire pits, walking trails, a half-basketball court, a putting green, and a soccer field.

We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement, and receive a WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply.

Pet Fees:
Nightly Pet Fee: $25 per night, per pet, with a minimum charge of $100 and a maximum charge of $350. Monthly Pet Stays: $450 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet each month. Pet Cleaning Fee: $100 per stay. No pet charges will be incurred if the pet is not approved.
