We love the Leeward Key! 2 pools and easy beach access. Elevators are quick unlike some other properties we have stayed at.

We loved our stay and would definitely book again.

The weather & crystal clear water made for a perfect trip! The location of this rental was ideal too! Short walk to beach, close to shops, & restaurants! Leeward key is on the top of our list of favorite condos!

Everything was great. Just could have been a bit cleaner!

We went for a tournament and my family loved this condo. They were doing renovations on the actual building but it never bothered us during our stay. Will stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was great, loved the beachside pool and easy access to the beach. We unfortunately didn’t have access to the balcony and had plastic over the windows which obscured the view from all windows due to painting (we were warned of this prior to our trip), but can only imagine how great it would be without that happening. Would certainly stay again, it was perfect for our family.

It was fantastic! Right across the street from a beautiful beach and we will definitely be back!

Great communication with the owners, easy check-in, wonderful location, incredible views and a beautiful beach! Everything you could want for a great vacation. Can’t wait to go back next year!

Property was lovely. Issue with Keurig was resolved same day and new one arrived. Rental company very receptive. Loved sitting on the balcony watching sunsets. Beachside pool was a bonus! Would definitely stay here again. We were only 2 people staying and never used second bedroom or pull out couch.

The check in process was easy. The condo was clean and matched the description. We would stay in a Real Joy property again!

Our rental was awesome! Beautiful view from our balcony, and a short walk across the street to the private pool and beach. Would surely do it again.

Really enjoyed our trip. It was right across from the beach, and the two pools were very convenient for swimming with our kid when we weren’t at the beach. The chair service meant we didn’t have to haul an awning down to the beach, and the room was very well-laid out. Beds were comfortable, our kid loved the bunk bed, and the updated countertops and master shower was nice. Will definitely look to book them again next year.

Great property and perfect location across the street from the beach.

Stayed at this location with my family of 4 and the location was great, check/in and check/out process was easy. The room was clean and met all of our needs. Would definitely stay here again!

First time staying in Miramar Beach and not on ocean front so I was leery, but it was a great experience! Stayed June 6th-9th. Condo was just steps from ocean-crossed the street; has 2 pools and umbrella set up. Patio facing ocean- got to see the dolphins swimming!! There is some street noise at night. 2 awesome restaurants right by us. Condo had everything needed and was clean- only provide a starter though for toilet paper- had to go to WalMart for more, but had to go anyway. Good supply of towels. Overall great experience/customer service and would definitely stay again!

Overall our stay was great because we made it great. The condo was advertised with a picture of full size bed and instead had bunk beds and twin bed. This was a trip with me and best friend so we were looking for a spare room with full size bed. Plus the beds in the spare were extremely uncomfortable for an adult. Management did arrange for mattress topper which helped but my friend was not completely comfortable. Since smoking is allowed on balconies, we were unable to enjoy our balcony as much as we would have liked because our upstairs neighbors were smoking marijana and cigarettes. Someone should also get with the helicopter company that provides tours on the beach front. They came over way too often. Many people renting were annoyed by this as well. The chair company team were super nice. The pool was super clean and nice! The condo was clean and overall nice. We met many of the long term residents and all were super nice. I love Leeward Key and will return.
