This lovely 3rd floor unit offers 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms, plus an enclosed bunk room. The master bedroom suite boasts a spacious king bed and the on-suite bathroom offers a jetted tub and separate shower with double sinks. The first guest bedroom has a king bed with shower/tub combo bathroom attached. The other guest room includes a queen bed and has its own private bathroom, as well. The bunk beds are in a small room just off the hallway. For your convenience, there is a separate laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer.

For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

    First and foremost, we faced ongoing electrical problems throughout the unit. The dryer, in particular, was malfunctioning, and it took two days to dry a load of towels. This meant that my family had to purchase additional towels just to be able to shower, which was an unexpected and frustrating expense.In addition, the master bedroom bathroom had no working lights, making it inconvenient and unsafe. Another issue was the lack of privacy—our neighbors from the floor above could directly see into our room, which was concerning and uncomfortable.The most alarming issue was the cockroach infestation. It started with just one or two, but the problem escalated quickly. Despite informing property management, we were told that pest control wouldn’t be available for another week, which was unacceptable. As a result, we felt we had no choice but to cut our vacation short due to these conditions.I have tried to resolve this issue and get compensation for my trouble but have to resort to file a complaint with Amex

    When we arrived the carpets were dark from dirt and stained. They were frayed around every door. The carpets looked as if they haven’t been replaced in 20 years which is very unacceptable for the price and location of the unit. The couch had stains on it which was disgusting and we never felt comfortable to want to sit on it. The table in the dining room was all banged up and the paint has been chipped off. Nothing about this place has been kept up and we will never be back. When bringing this to the companies attention they said it could be cleaned. If I could show photos I would. This carpet could not be cleaned. They offered nothing for this disgusting unit for compensation. This company does not care about the consumers and only about the money. Hope they go out of business

    The view of the ocean is amazing but unit is dated and worn. There are absolutely no extras included. There were no beach towels, no salt and pepper, no hangers in closets. You must bring everything. ?

Reviewer Comments: I would give minus 5 star for this particular unit .Best location but worst upkeep of the place .Floors Kitchen Bathroom Master bedroom carpets doors outdoor furniture all possibly 30 years old .Bad smell throughout the unit.Main entrance door of unit dirty never painted .Benchmark should not place this unit along with its better properties.We trusted Benchmark as we stayed in the unit above it 6 months ago and it was very well maintained Unit B402.I would not advise anyone to stay in unit B302
