Stayed Feb 26, 2024This is a very nice 2 bedroom condo in a lovely building, with some amazing views of Tremblant, the lake and surrounding area. However, there were some unexpected challenges that were frustrating. Some examples: - the online check-in process was unclear as the emails from the building management company went to spam and then after finding the building we had to drive across town to a different hotel to pick up keys. - The shower in the master bathroom was also out of order. - The dishwasher seems to have been improperly installed (at an angle) so that tray rolls out on its on and falls off of its tracks. - Several of the kitchen cabinet doors seems to have been improperly installed as well - difficult to open/close and not aligning or crooked when closed. - there was recycling (beer cans) left in the coat closet - the seemingly lovely hottub (shared by the building) was only lukewarm/tepid. When I contacted the building management to ask them to adjust the heat, I was told that there was a leak in the hottub and it was constantly being filled which is why it wasn't able to get hot. We had a lovely time at Tremblant and the skiiing was great - especially the ski in/ski out aspect. But overall, we've stayed at other hillside ski-in/ski-out at Tremblant before and for more than $500 per night (fees included), we were expecting a better experience.

Stayed Jan 12, 2024So the night before we're supposed to stay here we received a call that there was an issue with the property and they had to move us to another unit. Great, here I am thinking we'll be in the same facility, possible upgrade? Nope, we get moved to a completely different complex with an outdated condo that was 30 years old, outdoor parking, no hot tub as orig advertised, furniture fresh out of thrift shop and 2 tiny TV's: one that would not power on and the other with no smart tv capabilities and reg cable (try that for 4 days with 2 modern day kiddos). I'm a pretty easy going guy and understand that things happen - and will admit the management co threw in an extra night to compensate but this wasn't a trip with old college buddies where we were willing to rough it and sleep just anywhere - this was a family trip with my wife and two kids and when I book a 5 star place and you throw me into a 2 star with old yard sale furniture and torn carpeting at the last minute with seemingly no attempt to offer a place of equal quality (or upgrade), I'm sorry but you get a review like this that tells it like it is just like we were told take it or leave it. Best part was being taunted daily as the access lift we had to take each morning went right over the orig fancy nice complex we were supposed to stay in with a perfect view of plenty of empty units we could have been moved to...
