Modern & Warm Condo with Views of Mont-Tremblant

Renovated condo with superb views of Lake Tremblant and Mont-Tremblant. The unit is composed of 2 closed bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen and living room with gas-powered fireplace. It`s a 5-minute car ride from the pedestrian village and its restaurants, shops and cafes. Peaceful and calm while being near the ski resort for winter adventures and mountain bike trails for the summertime.

Our interaction with our guests is up to them. If they wish to talk to us more concerning tipson things to do and see, it will be our pleasure. If our guest prefer minimal interaction, that`s cool too!

Located in a friendly neighbourhood, this cozy condo is as enjoyable in the summertime as it is in the wintertime. It has so much to offer in terms of activities, restaurants and outdoor scenery.

Restaurants in the Old Village are just a 5 minute drive, whereas restaurants at the Mont-Tremblant pedestrian village are 6 minutes away from the condo.

Different hikes and treks are accessible near the condo: Nez de l`Indien (5 minutes away), Mont-Tremblant (6 minutes away), Domaine Saint-Bernard which is perfect for walks and cross-country skiing (15 minutes away), Lac Mercier is also great for a walk around the lake or some cross country skiing (6 minutes away).

The best way to get around is by car. Our condo has one parking spot available for you to leave your car.

In the summertime, you can also get around by bike if you feel like enjoying the outdoors more. You can get to many spots in just 15-20 minutes.

Wall-Mounted AC in the main room. No central AC.

Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.

To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between:
Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD
Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD.

Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

This is a friendly reminder of our house rules:
1. Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.
2. Parties and excessive noise are prohibited at all times.
3. Smoking indoors and on the balcony is strictly prohibited.

Failure to oblige to our house rules can result in eviction or damage claim charges. If smoke of any kind is detected upon check-out, our penalty fee is $500.

This unit has no access to the lake and there is no pool. For a beach access, you can go to the Beach and Tennis Club that is 5 minutes away (around 20$/person)
