Stayed Dec 31, 1969My wife and I stayed here for three nights and found it clean, cozy, and a great location. She doesn’t ski and I do so this place is perfect. It is about 100 yards or so from the gondola (skiers were trying to illegally park right outside to avoid the lot fees if that gives you an idea) and about 50 yards from Main Street. I could hit the slopes and she could check out downtown Breck. We could meet-up for lunch if we wanted and regroup at around 4 to get ready for the evening. Pretty simple. We rented a car but didn’t use it. It was nice going out for dinner in the evening and having a few drinks without the issue of having to drive back home on the slick and windy Breckenridge streets. Only drawbacks I could see is it didn’t have Wi-Fi (I had a hotspot so it didn’t really matter), a fireplace , or a hot-tub (not that I looked for one– I really don’t like sitting in those public seas pools anyways). If you want those things you can find a place in a similar location but expect to pay around 2-3 times as much. Price, Location, or Amenities – pick 2. If you want all 3 you better be rich. Even without a fireplace, however, we found the place extremely warm and cozy. It had cable, an equipped kitchen, a really comfy couch and I saw an air-mattress in the closet. If you were a group of guys or something-3 could fit in here pretty comfy, 4 is doable-the couch could fit 2 people crashing on it. I’ve been to Breck many times and I would definitely come back to this condo again. I’ve paid more for worse and the price-location combo at this place can’t be beat. That and it really is a nice and cozy place. The owner is also really easy to deal with. It wasn’t a big life signing in triplicate ordeal like I’ve had in the past with other outfits. Really simple, the email equivalent to a “handshake and a smile” and the deal was done. Took me back at first but it is refreshing dealing with good people.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My husband and I stayed in Lauren's condo over the Christmas holidays. It was a lovely condo; close to everything in town. We could walk to the gondola or town. If we didn't feel like walking, the bus stop was just a block away and would take us to the gondola or Beaver Run for skiing. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, quiet, and cozy. It is nicely decorated and comfortable. The laundry is right down the hall, which was nice...didn't have to lug laundry up and down the stairs. The condo is spacious and would work for up to four people. We would certainly rent from Lauren again in the future.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Went to Breckenridge for a wedding this weekend. This condo was perfect, well equipped kitchen. nice decor, great parking close to downtown. These accomodations are great for a couple, or family of four. Nice quiet building with friendly residents! Great mountain view from the front door. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to a return trip to this property in the future!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The owner responded quickly and gave detailed instructions about how to get to the condo. The condo was a wonderful corner unit with north-facing windows throughout. There were nice touches like the DVDs to watch and the board games to play. The best part about the condo: it was close to EVERYTHING! You don't not need a car if you stay here! The view from the walkway to the front door is as pictured (beautiful!)...in fact, everything was as pictured. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to family and friends! Thanks!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was my first VRBO experience. Property was in a great location to enjoy the town of Breckenridge by foot. Plenty of off street parking. Once inside condo I was pleasantly supprised! Unit was very clean, nicely furnished and decorated making for a comfortable home away from home feeling. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends. Owner was easy to contact and quick to respond.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The property was adorable. Very clean and had everything we needed. It was perfect for a sisters long weekend. It was close to everything. We walked and biked everywhere. Next time we are in Breckenridge we will surely want to stay here again.
