The external building is in the process of a $2.5 million dollar renovation with new decks, railing, elevator, driveway, and in August 2026 a completely redone exterior.

This property will make you feel at home. Awesome location - close distance to Park City lifts and mountain activity.(approx. 100 yards) A beautiful view of PC Mountain from the living area and kitchen/dining table. Close to Deer Valley so you can jump on the bus or drive up to this exclusive resort. Main Street, Park City is less than 1 mile. Walk-able or take the bus which is steps from our condo. Mountain view two-bedroom condo with new stone countertops, cabinets, appliances, flooring, bathroom tile, sinks, and 6' soaker tub as well as 55 TV.
The unit was redone with everything newer. FRESHLY PAINTED walls and cabinets. New window coverings. All new memory foam beds. Living room leather couches w memory foam sleeper - private, secure high-speed 5G internet - quick start fireplace - additional kitchen utensils, pots & pans. Pool towels. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms and AIR CONDITIONING for the summer months.

All memory foam. 1 King size bed - 1 new queen - 1 new twin plus 1 full size pull out in living room 55 smart tv in living room with Blue Ray & ready for Netflix, Hulu etc. - 32 in master with cable TV - 30 with DVD player & ready for Xbox or PlayStation in the second bedroom. Private Wi-fi with easy plug-in charging ports throughout the condo. The kitchen was also completely redone.

Park City Mountain has upgraded snowmaking, upgraded Pioneer, Thaynes, King Con and Quicksilver lifts SO ALL LIFTS WILL BE OPEN THIS SEASON! A new gondola on the Canyons side and a new beginner learning area called Moose camp.

All Seasons has a heated therapy spa pool overlooking the mountains and shops and restaurants minutes from your door. Short walk to main street or catch the free bus directly in front of the building. Secure underground parking with elevator & luggage carts. Private, secure ski locker on the main floor.

Please purchase travel insurance for your trip. We cannot control weather, air traffic or flight cancellations so its inexpensive peace of mind to have travel insurance.

LIFT TICKETS & SKI SCHOOL: Vail Properties requires reservation for lift tickets for all NON-EPIC PASS Holders. If you have an Epic Pass you and your friend that use a benefit ticket are OK. If not, make a reservation. This is the same with Ski School - (It sells out on busy days) as well as mountain parking. Please check Park City on line for updated information. Finally, if you book a stay please make sure your email is accurate as we will send final codes and information to you on that email.

    We had a great experience staying at this location. The host was very attentive to our check in questions. The facility was very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was within a couple of blocks. The ski lifts were within walking distance and could be seen from our deck. The private garage was nice. It was a very lovely week and I would definitely recommend this property.

    The location of the condo is so convenient to both the lift at mountain village and Main St. in Park City. Check in and check out was a breeze and the condo is immaculate with all the amenities that you could possibly need!

    Overall, this was a great stay and very comfortable. The walk to the mountain was super easy. A couple of other people staying in a different unit told us that we could ski the golf course right to the unit, but we did not mind walking and leaving our ski gear up at the mountain. The bus stop is also right outside the unit so that is another convenient way to get around. Overall, we found the unit to be very comfortable and cozy. We would definitely stay here again.

    This place was fantastic for our family ski trip. Easy walk to the slopes but had plenty of room to relax. The parking lot for Park City resort is right across the street so we never had to move our car from the garage during our stay. Easy communication with the owners and a well appointed and spacious condo. Hope to come back soon!

    My family stays at this condominium complex every year to go skiing at PC mountain. When we found this VRBO online, we were ecstatic that we would be within walking distance to them. The cleanliness of the property, the location to the mountain and the responsiveness and professionalism that Tony delivered did not disappoint. Highly recommend staying here with you and your loved ones and creating memories in the snow!

    We traveled with two adult and three children (10,12&15). The condo was very clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable and we had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The location was perfect with the shuttle literally right out the front door that can take you to Main Street, the grocery store (which is really only 3 blocks away or to the main park city mountain for skiing. Skiing is close enough for a 5 min walk also. We walked back to the condo every day from the main park city amounts in. Very convenient. The owners were very nice and very responsive with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again some day.

    We had a great stay at this fabulous condo. It was clean, updated and located in the middle of everything… ski slopes, shops and restaurants! The manager (Tony) was also very nice to work with (communicative, punctual and very friendly). Would definitely stay here again!
