Located in the Historic Helena Hotel. Loft completed in April of 2016. Building built as a hotel in 1910, but now converted to lofts. A 4.5 year renovation undertaken by family of designers. Perfect location for nightlife, dining, art galleries, etc...
Historic 25th Street was one of the most lawless streets in the country at one time. Brothels, opium dens and speak-easy's occupied most of the buildings. Even Al Capone was noted as saying Notorious Two-Bit Street was too wild for him.

Stayed Sep 17, 2025Neat location, clean, lots of stairs, lots of parties, parking unreliable.Jared was a great host and the place itself was really nice. I think my husband and I were just too old to stay in a location such as this. There were 3 flights of stairs to get to our apartment, loud music and parties every night until 2:00a.m., construction at 7:00 a.m. and no parking spots for us on a couple of occasions. We are all about convenience at our age and this certainly was not that.

Stayed Jun 13, 2018Felt like a med range hotel! The couches were very stiff as was the bed! Only one towel rack in a very strange bathroom with the smallest sink I think I've seen! No curtains on any of the 6 windows! Hand towels, dish towels or wash clothes were no where to be found! Felt like a young person in their 20's would be comfortable. But not for 4 nights like we did! Just felt too much like a hotel, just the opposite of why I rented a place instead of the usual hotel! Didn't realize it was on the third level either.

Stayed Dec 30, 2017This place was wonderful. It was comfortable, spacious, clean, quiet, and in a great location. So close to all the fabulous things of Ogden’s 25th Street and the Junction area. We will definitely come back to this apartment!

Stayed Mar 25, 2017My wife and I had a great stay in this condo. Very well done. Higher end finishes and appliances. Very convenient for skiing Powder and Snowbasin. We will stay here again!
