Place was very nice and comfortable just could have used bigger fry pan and pot holders floors alittle dirty. Pther wise very convenient location and worth the price

Beautiful area. Very quiet. Walkable for everything. The only thing that we somewhat complained about that the elevator was near the bedroom. That is not Alexis's fault. He responded very quickly from our text about something. Overwise, Great Place for a vacation. Thanks Alexis from the Paul's Birthday weekend

The host is very responsive to every message or request. The unit is basically spotless, exactly as described and perfect for even longer stays. Yes, you can hear the elevator and upstairs people if they are very noisy but honestly unless you have a special schedule and you have to sleep during the day, we never had any problem with noises at night. One of the best unit we ever rented and it will be the first we’ll check for our next stay in Miami Beach

It is by far my favorite rental unit in South Beach and I try to stay there every time it is available during my travel dates. Great location on a quiet side street but still very close to Ocean Drive and the beach. Apartment very clean, spacious, well-furnished and with plenty of daylight. Lot of dining options within walking distance: I personally like Burger Meister and Pizza De Miami in the immediate area, but every type of food and cuisine are accounted for. Great communication with host and easy check-in. Hope to stay there again in 2026

Excellent location. Easy walk to the beach and other locations. Very clean and the host was responsive to any questions. The elevator is right next to the room so you do frequently hear it, and I could hear the people above me - this didn’t bother me, but I could see if you were a light sleeper - it could be an issue.

Was a perfect little place to stay, could have been cleaner, but I tidied up and we enjoyed our stay

Condo was very clean and well equipped. The building is beautiful and we felt very safe. Alexis is super responsive and wonderful to deal with....excellent communicator. I cannot stress this enough: You do NOT need a car!! The condo is just far enough away from the bustle to be really quiet and relaxing, but incredibly walkable to pretty much everything. Parking is rough (Alexis helped us immediately though), but it is in the whole city. We actually rented a car because I didn't pay attention, but ended up taking an Uber up to the stadiums which was a life saver and extremely quick and easy. Rental car was a total waste. We will absolutely book here again! I promise you will not be disappointed.

Clean, lovely home! Everything we needed including beach towels and chairs. Perfect for the 2 of us! Excellent location! Easy walk to the beach and shops and restaurants. Highly Recommend!

This property was in a great location in a quiet safe neighborhood with just a few blocks to the beach and Ocean drive. Owner was very informative with suggestions on stores and restaurants.

Great place close to everything.

Great cozy location. My only con would be that the elevator was out of service for our entire stay, which made luggage transport a bit of a hassle. Aside from that bit of cardio this place is walking distance to the beach, restaurants and excitements. Quiet neighborhood, so you’re not sleeping amongst nightlife noise. The beach equipment helped a great deal. Highly recommend.

Stayed 10 nights. Spacious and nicely furnished apartment. Ideal location for me on a quiet street, yet very close to the beach. Probably most enjoyable stay I have ever had in SB and will definitely book the same apartment in the future if available. Host flexible in terms of early check-in. Absolutely no issues during my entire stay.

As almost every review before me says: AMAZING LOCATION! You can literally walk everywhere. Restaurants, bars, beach, beautiful park, groceries, pharmacy, bike/car rental is right behind the corner. Apartment is not big, but clean, comfortable and cozy. We had everything that we needed. Alexis is a wonderful host! We had a lot of fun and a good night sleep! We will be back for sure!

We had a supertime in this very comfortable and well furnished and very complete appartment. The location is great, walking distance from the beach and a lot of great places to go to. All instructions and information was very good and we easily felt at home!!! Great towels!!
