Our condo is located in the heart of the Village of Breckenridge (Peak 9 Inn - across from Gravity Haus), the studio-style condo is the perfect getaway for couples or a small family! It is a tight fit for 4 adults, but if you need a nice place to crash, this is it. The Quicksilver Super Chair is a 5-minute walk from the condo or a short ride to Peak 7 & 8 on the free shuttle. Did we mention downtown is within walking distance !

The Space
The studio features a custom-made king-size bed with a luxury mattress and two twin trundles. The bed faces an electric fireplace with Samsung Art TV above to add to the Apres vibe.

The bathroom has a shower/bathtub, a separate toilet, and a vanity with dual sinks. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion.

The kitchen looks out over the town and Peaks 6, 7, 8, and beyond. The full kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans, a coffee maker and tea kettle, an oven and toaster, and a full-size fridge. We provide coffee, tea, salt, pepper, and olive oil to get you started. The kitchen has 3 barstools around a peninsula for family-style meals.

PLEASE NOTE:
The maximum occupancy is 4 people and includes adults and children/infants.

Garage parking is available for one vehicle on a first-come, first-serve basis. A $30 parking fee is included at the time of booking. Parking is more limited during peak seasons. Instructions to retrieve your parking pass will be provided once the booking is confirmed and paid for. Guest will be reimbursed for parking fees if parking is not available or if the guest does not need parking.

The Peak 9 Inn also offers endless entertainment with a newly renovated pool and hot tubs (open 10 am - 10 pm), gym, social space, and a theatre (open 6 am - 10 pm). These great amenities are just one floor away, too!

The studio is stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional items after arrival.
