Modern Penthouse with Direct Ocean Front Views!

The penthouse was true to its description. Such a large space and really with that view….. it was very clean and the host very communicative. I would stay here gain!

Great space and location. Views were amazing!

Beautiful views from a great beachfront location. Wrap around balcony was great for sunrise. Streaming TV's throughout the condo, and the Jacuzzi tub was nice after a day at the beach. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Family room furniture could use some attention but served our purpose.

The place was beautiful and had everything one may need for the perfect vacation. Would love to stay there again in the future!

Very nice condo with a great balcony and easy access to the beach

This is a great family place to stay! We enjoyed the amenities, the large space of the unit, and the great views! We watched 2 rocket launches from our balcony. The host is excellent and was very easy to communicate with both prior to and during our stay.

We had a great stay. Perfect location. Very clean and so spacious. Beautiful panoramic views of the ocean and beach. I would definitely suggest this to any of my friends and family.

Easy check in. Shopping carts were a perfect assistance to move luggage/food to Condo.Beautiful view and spacious Condo for 3 couples. Nice each having our own bathroom.The floor was probably not washed as being barefoot lead to filthy feet.there was some mold in freezer and a cookie of sorts in the pan cabinet.I would rent again but feel cleaning fee should be less if it’s not clean when we arrive. My only negative. Thanks for the rental.

We loved the large and open space. The view was beautiful. We loved the pool and how warm it is- like bath water! The kitchen was well stocked as far as pots/pans, electric skillet, blender, etc. There was plenty of toilet paper, dishwasher pods, dish detergent. One thing that would have been great is more beach items. The umbrella was broken so we were not able to utilize that and then additional beach chairs/ toys. We did purchase some and left them for future guests!

We have been staying at this property for our summer vacation for the last 10 years. It is simply awesome.

This condo was ideal for my family of four and two friends. Plenty of space, beds and bathrooms for everyone! Beautifully updated with some art deco touches in style with the building. We loved sitting on the huge balcony every morning and evening. The view of the beach, which is just steps away, is serene. Parking in the garage was easy. There was a bottle of wine waiting for us, along with coffee and filters, snacks, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, etc. We cannot wait to come back. Already planning my next trip! Thank you so much!

We really enjoyed this location, but the air conditioning was not able to keep the place cool enough for a comfortable night's sleep. If people are used to 72-75 degrees at night, this is a great location. But if you are like me and need 68-70...this is not the place for you. Otherwise, this spot is perfect!
