This is not the luxury listing they make it out to be. First off my sheets were dirty with stains, hair, and an eyebrow left on it. They obviously hadn’t even laundered the sheets! My toddler picked up a hair ball stuck in the closet rail. I was disgusted. The shower head isn’t adjustable and looks like it’s coming out of the wall. The towels are thin, small, and cheap. I’ve had better towels at a best western. One of the “rooms” is separated from the kitchen/living room by an accordion style plastic door which looks very cheap. There’s a kitchen, but no way to wash and dry your dishes. I asked the owner for a drying rack to dry the dishes, they said no. So how am I supposed to use dishes/utensils if I can’t dry them. I wouldn’t recommend this place. It looks very different in person than the pictures.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is in a great location and great if you don’t plan on doing anything but using it to sleep. First it is a 1br that was remodeled to 2br. Second br is barely large enough to turn around in. In addition has taken up living room space. The entry, dining and sora area are more of a “waiting room”. Kitchen is difficult to use due to the enormous refrigerator that makes it difficult to reach cabinets and cupboard. It’s also so wide it sits partially on the carpet crowding the walkway to master bedroom and the bathroom. Bathroom is not cleaned well. Floor grout is filthy, mold in bathtub grout, towels are very cheap and small. Fixtures are updated with the exception of the 1970 spout and water control in the tub. Walls were dirty and had hair stuck to them. Every service that was wiped down in the kitchen was seriously streaked sounds petty but it’s a black glass stove top, stainless fridge and glass to patio table. Very obvious and careless. Also top of fridge was filthy. I’m only 5”8 and it’s eye level so again, obvious. This is a very old building but that’s not a reason to not properly clean. A little bleach goes a long way. Very low quality. Also majority of units are not privately owned. The hotel manages those that aren’t. Unfortunately they don’t have anything to offer you except resetting your keycard when it’s deactivated. No pool towels provided, now extra linens or towels. You have to wash them yourself in the laundry machines in the garage. Calls to manager went unanswered. This is good for people who will be on the go and eating out. Other than a comfortable mattress with cheap sheets and a hot shower with little cheap towels the unit doesn’t have much to offer. The remodeled floor plan was a bad decision. City bikes and food trucks right outside the building, 2 min walk to Waikiki beach, 15 min walk to Zoo and Dukes.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place needs to be undated n the bathroom. Sounds like the whole place falling in when you turn on the water. No plug if you wanted to soak. Tub is old & needs to be updated. We ran out of towels ask the maid & she said we had to order towels. This was a surprise.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really liked our rental experience. The space was small (we had 4 adults in our group) but clean and the ability to walk to the beach, restaurants and shops was amazing! The roof top pool and hot tub was great and allowed for a beautiful view of the beach and city. The roof top was also a great space to sit with a glass of wine or to cook (there were grills) and eat a meal
