Mondrian South Beach is located on West Avenue, offering easy access to South Beach, Sunset Harbour, Lincoln Road, and Downtown Miami. Guests can easily get around by walking, biking, taxi services, or Uber/Lyft.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• Following booking, Guest will be required to pay a resort fee of $49.00 plus 14% tax per night, as well as a one-time registration fee of $25.00 plus 14% tax. These fees will be requested separately after the reservation is confirmed. Check-in will not be permitted until all required fees have been paid in full.
• CHECK-IN TIME IS FROM 4 PM TO 9 PM ONLY. Any check-in after 9 pm won't be allowed.
• Luggage storage prior to check in or check out is not available. Neither Luxury Rentals Miami Beach or the hotel will be able to store luggage
• Short-term rentals are permitted
• No pets allowed
• Tenant registration form required 24 hours prior to arrival.
• All bookings are subject to building and management approval.
• Damage protection fees apply as outlined during booking.
• This is a privately owned residence within a condo-hotel and is not owned or operated by the Mondrian Hotel.
• Valet parking is available at regular hotel valet rate.
• Room service not available.
• We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking.

• Payments and Refunds: All credit card payments are subject to standard processing fees. Eligible refunds are subject to a 3% processing fee.
• Checkout time is 11:00 AM. Late checkout requests must be approved in advance and may incur additional fees.
