Papakea K307 is a third-floor, 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo featuring an ocean view, air conditioning in the living room, and a fully stocked remodeled kitchen. The kitchen and bathroom feature spectacular Lumerian granite countertops and modern finishes. This Hawaiian-inspired condo can accommodate up to 4 guests with the living room queen-size sleeper sofa. In the master bedroom, you'll find a king-size bed, with a closet and drawer space. The en suite master bathroom features a bathtub andshower combo! Enjoy your meals and snacks on the private lanai. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo for your use.

*** Notice of Property Plumbing Project:
- Papakea Resort is performing a property-wide extensive plumbing project and you may hear some noise during this time. Work in this unit will begin February 16th, 2026, with an estimated completion projected on or around March 16th, 2026.
- Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work.
- Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM.
- To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM.
- Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.
- We have been notified that the project is pending completion around June 2026. We have decreased rates during these dates to compensate for any inconvenience. ***

- Construction will tentatively start November 2025 and expected to continue for approximately eight months.
- Work will begin on the ocean-facing side.
- The concrete will generate noise interruption and work hours are tentatively scheduled for weekdays and during standard working hours.

It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay. Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
