• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. Fees apply and vary depending on the requested time, with a starting fee of $60. We may not always be able to accommodate these requests—please message us in advance for details.

• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

• We can host a maximum of 12 guests (including all adults, children & infants)- for safety (fire & insurance) reasons, we cannot hold any additional guests.

• All amenities including outdoor furniture, wifi, etc are fully inspected prior to every check-in, however, we cannot guarantee their working condition during stays.

• We look forward to hosting all of our upcoming guests. Our cleaning team is going above and beyond to provide top-notch services, with special attention given to high-touch areas. We use commercial-grade antimicrobial agents and ensure that bed sheets and bath towels are professionally laundered between each guest stay.

• However, it's important to note that we cannot guarantee that our properties are 'completely sterile' or 'COVID-free,' just as no other business can reasonably make that claim. Guests are advised to travel and stay with us at their own discretion.

• We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds for cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is affordable and provides excellent protection against unforeseen cancellations.

• We understand that last-minute cancellations can be challenging for guests who choose not to purchase travel insurance.     House was in a great location and great view of Nashville. Disappointed on the cleanliness of the house along with trying to get ahold of the manager before checking in. Definitely used and abused place. No kitchen towels to do dishes, beds uncomfortable and only a little supply of paper products. House worked great but needs maintained better.

    We love the rooftop view and location was great. House was not cleaned well before we got there. You could tell that someone had smoke in house before and we took off our shoes at door and our feet were black with the first hour

    The property is super cute and the rooftop view is amazing! Great spot for a big group we had a wonderful time! The host was super fast responding when we couldn't find the air mattress and brought another over in 30 minutes. Super host had a great time!
