Stayed Oct 21, 2024While I wouldn't stay here on vacation (it's pretty small for more than 1-2 people), it was perfect for me while I was in Nashville for work. Had the amenities I wanted to put it above a hotel. Thank you!

Stayed Aug 23, 2024This place is supper clean, well stocked (towels, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent). Will definitely stay here the next time I go to Nashville. Very quick to respond to my questions.

Stayed Jul 27, 2024This property has a great location that gives easy access to any of the Nashville attractions. We had a little trouble when we got there finding the right building. You have to make sure to drive around to the back to make sure that you have the right building number, as many of them look the same. We found a ramp in the back of the building that we could park near and roll our luggage up. There was plenty of parking. Inside the unit, most everything was brand new, and the unit included many extra details that made our stay more enjoyable. The property manager was very responsive to our requests and attentive to our needs. The VRBO check-in/check-out times are not accurate. Check-in is actually at 3 and check-out is at 11. Also, make sure to not close the door without the keys, The door locks automatically. We ended up just leaving one set of keys in the lock box. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again!
