Modern Luxury Foothills Condo with Gorgeous Mountain Views.

Very good communication with Philip who gave us good suggestions on areas to hike and fav restaurants. Had one issue that needed to be repaired and he had that completed on a timely basis.

Overall a nice stay. The only issue I had was the noisy AC unit and the AC wasn't turned down before I checked-in and it took over 12 hours to cool down to a comfortable temperature.

The condo was very comfortable, had everything we needed, and the beds were super comfortable. We had a problem with the air conditioning and Philip handled the problem quickly. We would choose this place again.

Well situated for many of the hiking areas around Tucson. Some of the best hikes were only 5 minutes away. Easy access to shopping. Reasonable distance to attractions like the botanical garden and barrio viejo. Lovely home with a terrific kitchen and comfy beds.

This is a beautiful condo located in a marvelous surrounding with amazing views - and yet being very close to services, such as grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants. We felt very welcomed by Philip, the owner, whom was an excellent host. Everything went very smoothly; from the first welcoming e-mail to check-out process when we left. Philip really walked the extra mile to ensure we had comfortable and relaxing holiday. We enjoyed our vacation tremendously. It truly felt like we were visiting friends as the condo has an atmosphere of a home.

Spent the holiday week in Tucson. Hiking and enjoying the food. The condo was excellent. Very well appointed and comfortable.

This condo is in a perfect location in the Catalina Foothills. Close to shopping, restaurants and great hiking. The condo is newly updated and beautifully decorated. It had a nice washer and dryer. I love when you can walk into a place and not have to worry about toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc. Philip was prompt in answering questions that I had. All around it was a very nice place to stay and very comfortable. The condo has a nice layout so that 4 people were not on top of one another. It was a great place to stay and we enjoyed our time there.

Everything was good except for 2 things. It's on the second floor, but there is another flight of stairs to get to ground level. I would not have taken this unit if I had known that. We are in our 70's, my wife packs a very heavy suitcase and multiple trips up and down the stairs were difficult. The other thing was that the heating/air conditioning unit was loud and difficult to set to our desired temp.

The condo is beautifully renovated & is in one of the nicest locations near Sabino Canyon in the Santa Catalina Mountains! It was wonderful starting every morning with a cup of coffee overlooking the mountains! It is a short walk away from the hot tub & pool and has comfortable beds, luxurious linens, a nicely stocked kitchen and most importantly an owner/manager who is a stellar host! I have stayed at many VRBO’s, and Phillip is one of the kindest and most attentive hosts you will ever encounter! His goal is to ensure his guests have the best stay possible! Thank you, Phillip! We look forward to staying with you every time we visit Tucson!

Great place, location is perfect close to the pool. Clean with plenty of everything needed. Would definitely consider staying there again
