Modern Loft in the Heart of Downtown Ouray | Walk to Restaurants

My husband and I LOVED the style and space in this loft. Just gorgeous! Perfect location right above the main street shops. Easily walkable to everything because it's in the center of town. Great views from both front and back balconies too. Would love to come back and stay here again!

Clean, family friendly,and right in the downtown area.

Very modern and gorgeous vrbo. Perfect location and would be ideal for a couples getaway! Listing showed 3 queen beds but only had 2. Property management was excellent and helped us move to a bigger place. Overall I would stay here again if we weren’t traveling with 4 people or if there was another bed.

Best recommendation is we would stay there again on our next visit to Ouray

Rental was nicely appointed but does not have air conditioning. Even with open windows and fans it is very hot in evenings

In the heart of Ouray, walking distance to restaurants, shops and etc. With an epic view from every direction! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, whether we're inside the loft styled condo or sitting on the porch with our amazing view! Loved that its walking distance to cascade falls, and the hot springs as well. It was just rhe perfect location to everything. We did have to share the stairway going up to the condo with the top loft above us, but it wasnt a big deal for us at all. My children wanted to move in! With whatever minor complications we had, the host was very helpful and communication was great. Everything was very clean, had more than the average vacation rental (robes, slippers, blenders, extra water bottles for hiking, etc.) It was just great.

We've now stayed here 2 times and love this place and the town of Ouray. We highly recommend staying here.

Perfect location in the heart of Ouray! Loft was very clean and had everything we needed for our four day stay. Check in and out was super easy, property manager was responsive to all questions. Only draw back was the strong sewer smell in the loft...couldn't figure out where it was coming from and not much we could do about it. We cooked and lit candles to cover it up but that's the only real complaint we had. Great place and great town!

Highlight: the pitter patter of rain and flash of lightning through the skylight during a thunderstorm that happened during our stay! Very cool space.

Everything was great except WIFI did not work.

Could have been a little cleaner and there needs to be a screen in 2nd floor bedroom so window can be opened at night. No A/C so this is a must. Otherwise great place and location. Deck is wonderful!
