Modern~ Ground floor Condo~ 4 mins walk to Beach! Sleeps 6

We contacted the host for check in information first thing in the morning and did not receive until 45 minutes before our actual arrival. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a dilapidated front porch that was rotten away with a pump jack supporting the second floor’s porch. The entire space when you walk through the door smelled like a gas station floor cleaner. The description from the host regarding the space explains that it would sleep 8 to 10 people. It barely slept six with one of the trundle beds cracked and broken, mattress looked stained and yellow. The bathroom door did not close securely. The HVAC filters were filthy and disgusting. There was a couch and two chairs in the living room space with a note on the two chairs that says sorry for the inconvenience, but they are broke. The description stated that there was 2 sliding glass doors to go outside to the back of the property to access the pool, the doors were taped/blocked off stating these doors have been condemned do not use with a metal and a wooden bar to keep them shut from going outside. If in the event, there was an emergency, you would not be able to exit. The only one exit would be the front door with the broken rotted out porch. There was water stains on the ceilings. The only seating available in the living room was a couch and when you sat on it, it was damp as if somebody sat there with wet clothes or the ceiling leaked on it. I do not recommend this place or host as it it is disgusting!

The place was clean and comfortable. It was located within minutes of anything we wanted to do from antique shopping to playing on the beach! Even in the rain we had a blast! Will definitely be back to this area and highly recommend this property to anyone at any age. There is something available for everyone in this area. The property was so nice and the beds were wonderful...so comfortable!!

Colocated near the beach and several amenities. Comfortable and asteticaly pleasing. Had to contact owner due to malfunctioning WiFi. Owner was extremely responsive and helped us remedy the problem quickly.

The condo was just beautiful with great access to pool and so close to beach! The owners thought of every detail. Well stocked kitchen, super nice linens. The primary bedroom had the comfiest bed I have ever slept on. We loved our time there!

The pictures are a great replica of what you get when you stay! Very clean, very comfortable and owners were very quick to respond, which was great! A short walk to the beach and we used the wagon and beach toys provided. The decor is a plus in making you feel relaxed as well :)

Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures! It is a cute very quiet and pretty place to stay ! The owners do there best to make you as comfortable and at home as possible! It had almost everything we needed there including Shampoo & Conditioner, phone chargers, Beach Chairs, and Snacks ect The area was a good location! There was a few small things issues but over all the good Outweighed the bad ! The screen door out back fell off as soon as we got there ! The ice maker didn’t work! The pool was to cold to swim ! All that didn’t really effect us but as soon as I pulled the blanket down the first night to go to bed I seen a hair so I looked more and took pictures there was eyelashes and at least 5 or more long black hairs ! There is know way the cleaners changed the sheets and the get paid a cleaning fee! We just washed the sheets but I just want to let the owners know incase they have someone else cleaning other than them that maybe there not cleaning it like they should! Over all I would give it a 9 out of 10 probably! Who ever decorated it did a good job as well !

Apartment was amazing! A plus that is was dog friendly. They provided dog bowls and a bed. Great location for beach and the pool is right out the back door. They left some snacks, coffee and tea for the guests. Also some basic condiments. Highly recommend staying here and will definitely book with them again!!!

We are so happy there. Nice place they have everything to used beach car chairs everything you need. We love it. If you going again I will take it again.

Condo was very clean, host was helpful and responded quickly, location was great, short walk to the beach ⛱️
