Modern Downtown Domicile

Everything practically perfect except no body wash in either bathroom. The bonus of this property was the walking distance to Magnolia and the wonderful book store next door. We will stay here again.

Loved it! Just as pictured. Across the street from the Dr. Pepper museum, which was a fun excursion and just a very short walk to the Silos property. The owners were quick to respond to questions or issues.

This was a great centrally located place to stay for our family trip to Waco! It was in the perfect location to walk to most of the things we wanted to see (Silos, Dr. Pepper Museum, restaurants, etc.) and a quick drive to other places (Mammoth National Monument, the Zoo). Communication was great and they were quick to respond to messages and questions we had. The loft was the perfect space for our family of 4 and our kids loved the bunk style beds. Overall, it was a great place to stay and if we ever come back to Waco, would book a stay here again.

This property was perfect for our visit to Waco. We had three teens and I was a bit worried that the space would feel small but it was perfect! The loft was clean, updated, and a perfect location for downtown activities.Communication with the host was a 10/10. Highly recommended for your next trip to Waco and when we return, we are definitely rebooking here!

What a wonderful abode. Our Waco weekend getaway was spectacular, thanks to this Behren loft :) The Silos, Dr. Pepper Museum, cute shops and cafes, were in walking distance, so we didnt have to worry abt parking! Waco Mammoth excavation site, Museum, and Cameron Park were close by via car. The best surpose, waking up to a beautiful sunrise from the balcony. The hosts keep the kitchen well-stocked. The bedrooms were comfortable for our family of 6. The washer/dryer was a great plus! We enjoyed the living space, playing board games, enjoying movie night, just as much as the town experience. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay. The location was perfect to walk to shops, restaurants, and Magnolia. Being in a loft you could hear others occasionally but the host had sound machines provided for a great night sleep. The communication with host was the best I have had from a VRBO host. I would highly recommend.

We were in town for a baseball tournament and this was a perfect spot for us! Everything was in walking distance and the condo was so cute!

My best friend and I loved staying at the modern downtown condo. It was clean, cozy with games and snacks for us. The owners communicated excellent. The beds were very comfortable and clean and they had sound machines in each room which I appreciated. The home was quiet and easy to navigate. We did a lot of walking to the local shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!

Stayed here with my wife and daughter while we checked out Baylor. Not a huge space but it was just right for the three of us. Daughter loved the triple bunks. Two full baths made getting ready a breeze. Easy to find. Conveniently located. Artsy industrial feel to the building was unlike any other place we’ve stayed. It was cool.

Our family visited Waco and could not have been happier with this apartment and its location. It was a great size for our family four, and we walked to restaurants and Dr. Pepper museum and other sights. Hosts were very nice, responsive and made check in/out a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

What a great condo. I have nothing bad to say. Location was perfect. The silos were right down the street. We could walk everywhere. The loft is well done. I was surprised how quiet it was except for the random sound of water through the plumbing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
