• This is a private residence located within a residential building (not a hotel), so hotel-style services are not included



• Only registered guests are allowed in the unit, and maximum occupancy must be respected



• Quiet hours must be respected at all times — no parties or events are allowed



• Valet parking available on-site:

– $15 per hour

– Up to $50 per 24 hours

• Additional nearby parking options may be available upon request



• Access to building amenities is subject to availability and building rules



• The FOB is located inside the unit; a replacement fee of $80 will apply if lost



• Strict no-smoking policy — a $500 fee will apply if smoking occurs inside the unit



• Pack ’n Play travel crib available upon request for $25 per stay
