This location is ideal for business travelers attending conventions, corporate events, or exhibitions at the World Conference Center or America’s Mart. World of Coca-Cola
Centennial Olympic Park
Georgia Aquarium
CNN Center
Georgia State University
The neighborhood is also surrounded by countless restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores within a block, so you’ll never run out of dining or quick snack options.
Transportation couldn’t be easier—you’re right between the Peachtree Center and Civic Center MARTA stations, both just a 5-minute walk. From there, you’ll have direct train access to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, as well as connections to explore the greater Atlanta area. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also plentiful and typically arrive within minutes.

Whether you’re here for work, play, or both, this location puts you at the center of everything Atlanta has to offer.

You’ll have full access to the entire condo during your stay—this space is completely yours to enjoy, so please make yourself at home. Relax in the living area, cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and unwind in the private bedroom.
For your convenience, a digital door code will be provided before your arrival, allowing for smooth and secure check-in. Once inside, you’ll also find a key fob that makes it easy to enter and exit the building throughout your stay.
The building itself offers additional amenities:
Laundry facilities are located on the bottom floor, available for guest use at any time.
A 24-hour concierge is on-site to greet you, assist with entry, and provide general building access.
Everything you need has been arranged to ensure a seamless experience, whether you’re staying for business, leisure, or a little of both.

Morning light filters through the windows high above downtown Atlanta, while the city moves below at its own steady pace. From the 19th floor, you can take in skyline views from the balcony, easing into the day with coffee before stepping out into the energy of the surrounding streets. Inside, the atmosphere remains calm and comfortable, offering a quiet retreat after time spent exploring nearby attractions.

The space
Set in Peachtree Towers, this two-bedroom condo accommodates up to six guests with a flexible and inviting layout suited for both work and relaxation. The living area adapts easily - whether you’re settling in for a productive afternoon at the dedicated workspace or unwinding in the evening with dimmable lighting and your favorite shows on the HDTV with Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, and standard cable. WiFi supports both focused work and streaming, while thoughtful touches like charging access by the bed make longer stays convenient.

Sleeping arrangements
Two bedrooms provide comfortable spaces for rest, complemented by three beds and a sofa bed for additional sleeping flexibility. Two bathrooms are stocked with bathroom essentials, making it easy for groups to get ready and settle in without hassle.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, with a dining table that works equally well for shared dinners or catching up on emails in a different setting. Coffee is available to start your mornings before heading out into the city.

Outdoor space
A patio or balcony extends your living space, offering a quiet spot to take in the downtown skyline and a bit of fresh air above the city streets.

Building features
The building includes an elevator for easy access to the unit, along with paid parking on premises and off premises. Self check-in with a smart lock allows for a smooth arrival, and housekeeping is available at extra cost if desired. Exterior security cameras are present in common areas such as entrances and elevators, with no cameras inside the condo.

Location & neighborhood
Located in Atlanta’s Hotel District, you’re within walking distance of major destinations including the Georgia World Congress Center, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, Centennial Olympic Park, World of Coca-Cola, and the Georgia Aquarium. Restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores are close by, making it easy to stay nearby when you prefer a slower pace. Peachtree Center and Civic Center MARTA stations are about a five-minute walk, connecting you to the airport and the rest of the city.

Perfect for
This space is well suited for business travelers, event attendees, couples, or small groups seeking a central home base with room to work, relax, and explore Atlanta at their own pace.

Getting around couldn’t be easier. A surface parking lot is located directly next to the building, and a parking deck is just one block away. Limited street parking is also available, though it can be difficult to find during peak times. Please note: parking fees are not included with your stay and must be paid separately.

For those without a car, rideshare options such as Uber and Lyft are almost always available within 5 minutes and are very reasonably priced. Plus, with the Peachtree Center MARTA Station only a short walk away, you’ll have quick access to the airport and the entire Atlanta metro area.

HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that is limited too hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air.

WASHER AND DRYER: ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.

ANIMALS: Per HOA, animals are not allowed.

PARKING: is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.

The thing I liked best about this property was its location was convenient to everything. It was a relatively short 15-20 min +/- walk to the GA World Conference Center. There was a good place for breakfast just a block away (The Corner Bakery). There are also good restaurants within walking or low cost Uber distance. Also just a block away is the Red Phone Booth Speakeasy that is a great cigar bar. As for the unit itself it was somewhat disappointing. The only real complaint we had was the second bathroom shower drained so slowly my companion was up to his ankles in shower water. The sink in that bathroom was also slow. Other than that there were just a dozen little things that added up for me. Insufficient lighting in the MBR, glass doors in the 2nd bedroom (even with blinds) let light in at night from the living room and kitchen. A glass door in the Master Bathroom doesn't sound like a bad idea until your spouse can easily see you sitting on the toilet. There was also only 1 end table in the MBR and access to only 1 wall outlet, the other was behind the bed. Fortunately for me I brought a power strip to plug in my various devices. Also there is no local TV stations. You get YouTube and another app I wasn't familiar with or wanted to take time to learn. So no TV for me. So like I said, a dozen little things, but I would not be inclined to return here.

Great place to stay. Only had one issue and it was addressed immediately. Most everything you would need is within walking distance.

Everything was good except hundreds of extra dollars were added at checkout...and $200 refundable deposit for damages wasn't refunded automatically to my credit card & manager never responded to my requests for return of damage deposit. Also with only 3 women at only a 4-day stay, we ran out of toilet paper and coffee.

We stayed here when we came to town for a 4 yr old birthday party in Atlanta . We came a day early to take the grandchildren to the Aquarium & it was perfect . It was close to where we had to go as well . Plenty of room . Wish it was warmer for using the lovely screen porch . Only drawback was the king mattress n pillows could be renewed . Way too soft for our liking . Plenty of room for us though !!! Will hope to use again ! Thank you for sharing with us .

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I did not feel safe staying here. The building and room were not clean. You cannot change the temperature in the room. The microwave and ice maker were broken. The final straw for us was that my husband woke up eaten alive by something. We think it was bed bugs although the property manager contests that and moved out immediately. Do not stay here.

The building/condo is somewhat dated but it was very reasonably priced for the area. Great location being right in the center of downtown Atlanta. We will rent again for future visits.

Unfortunately, though the size and layout were perfect and the location was great for our business trip, the property itself is in need of much care. The kitchen is not adequately stocked; we asked for forks - there were none, our host had them to the apartment by that afternoon. Some of the cabinets were filthy, the pots and pans were generally old and at end of life, the nonstick was nonexistent. Outlets were hard to come by, lighting in the master bedroom was inadequate, master bathroom was in very rough shape mildew in the grout, peeling ceiling. The mattress was horrific. We were there on business and I did not sleep the first two nights. The second bedroom had a much better mattress and when our third person left, we swapped sheets and moved into that room. The second bathroom was also in better shape, but the faucet was missing a part and the ceiling also was not in great shape. The worst part was that the floors were so dirty and sticky that if you took your shoes off your feet they were black in five minutes. It looked nice, but I believe they must’ve left cleaning residue which then attracted more dirt, I don’t know but I wrapped a couple of washcloths around my feet after I showered the last day, and in five minutes they were black. I am not exaggerating. Again, the host was very responsive came out and reinstalled a hanging outlet, tried to do something to the bed though it didn’t help, and dropped off forks. But this unit Needs work. If you’re not picky and have business at GWCC it could work.

We enjoyed the apartment overall but there were some quirks. A lot of the apartment was without lights or light bulbs so consequently the 2nd bedroom was totally dark. And as others have noted, we did not care for the windowed bathroom door which did not lend itself to privacy. The location was spectacular and we had a great time. Also loved the little liquor store on the corner.
