I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Remodeled one bedroom steps from the beach with a sunset view! It doesn’t get better. This was by far one of our favorite stays at North Coast Village. Love this property because it is gated, very clean, and has assigned parking. Management team was quick to respond and very helpful.

Stayed Nov 15, 2024The location and OC is always a good get away for us. we’ve stayed in several different units but love the marina facing the best. Easy walking to shops, restaurants and the sand. I would encourage the prop mgr to remind renters of the ants in the area and the units. Out of towners aren’t traveling with food containers and this is a MUST. Prop Mgr was helpful and good on communication.

It is updated and very clean. I would recommend a portable AC fan for the bedroom in the summer since it faces the complex so it doesn’t get any ocean breeze.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at NCV multiple times, and this was by far our favorite spot! The location can't be beat - just steps away from the beach! The outdoor table and chairs was perfect for meals and just enjoying a morning cup of coffee. Our kids could play catch out front on the grass. It was absolutely wonderful! The interior was lovely and so clean. We will definitely stay in E5 next time we visit!

The condo is updated very nicely and had everything we needed for our stay. With just a few steps to get to the beach and the spectacular views from the patio our stay was better than we could’ve imagined.

Stayed May 19, 2024My husband and I enjoyed our time in Oceanside. The condo is beautifully remodeled and very accommodating. The downside was we were not notified prior to our trip that we would not have hot water or power on Wednesday. We did receive a call the morning of and I did receive a text message about the water. It was not communicated to us that we would not have any power from 7:00am until after 7:00 pm. We had to cancel our plans for the day as we were having family visit from San Diego. With that said the accommodations were very nice. C. Rolando
