The lap pool, kiddie pool, and tanning shelf will close on the evening of October 29, 2023, and re-plaster work begins on October 30. The hot tub will close on the evening of November 24. (Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is not available.) All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction).



The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.

    The unit overall was great. Only issues were the coffee maker and the wifi. Neither concern was addressed during weeklong stay. Wifi hardly worked throughout unit.

    We had an amazing time. Everything was beautiful here. It was our first time in South Carolina and we were coming last minute from Florida due to Milton's arrival. We had a wonderful fall break vacation and can't wait to return again when we are able to plan and see more.

    The view of the lagoon was peaceful and the hibiscus flowers next to the patio were beautiful. We enjoyed watching the occasional ducks and geese from the living room and the patio. The beach was very close with easy access. The beds were comfortable and the new sofa and loveseat were very nice - thank you! The unit was very clean and we had no maintenance issues. We hope to rent this condo again.

    We loved the proximity to the beach and sun deck Pleasant to sit on the porch with the lagoon right there. There was no problem with noise from the other guests or from the elevator. Very easy access to all our needs..

    Unit was nicely decorated, clean, and had all the kitchen essentials. Comfortable living room & patio furniture. The clothes washer rubber ring is molded, so clothes will need removed promptly. The dryer door must be lifted to close. Ice maker not working. Master bed was extremely firm. Hard may be a better description. We did enjoy our stay, and would rent unit again.
