Location, location. It was center spot for visiting Dillon, Frisco, Silverthorn and Breckenridge.
Good access to winter activities
The entire experience from start to finish was stellar. The hosts reached out with an e-guest book which was helpful with a ton of information. I also appreciate them personally reaching out and offering recommendations when I asked. The unit itself is perfect for up to four people comfortably. I love that the kitchen and living room are all pretty open and then the bedroom and bathroom are tucked away. The unit was clean, has plenty of extra linens, and the kitchen is perfect for cooking throughout the stay! I also can't forget to mention the unbeatable location. A short and enjoyable walk to downtown Dillon. The rest of summit county is a quick car ride away. Would definitely stay here again.
Excellent location. Convenient for all our outings, hiking, biking and kayaking. Located in Dillon and a perfect central spot for visiting Frisco, Silverthorn, Breckenridge
This place was perfect for a few day ski get away. Close to Keystone and the Dillion/Silverthorn stuff. It’s a small place, but just fine for 2 to 3 people looking for low frills Ski accommodations. They’ve done a really nice job on the renovation! Steve, the owner, was really nice and promptly replied via email or phone when I needed something. I’d stay here again.
We had a great stay here. Our only issues would be the lack of kitchen supplies for cooking like a small skillet. Also, slightly hard to get up to the entrance since the parking isn't ideal. Everything else went well and the property itself was comfortable. ?
Inside, it was nice, clean and modernized
