Stayed Feb 2, 2025Great location. Had everything we needed. Very quiet for a large complex.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We were disappointed on the condition of the condo. The comforter on the bed was stained and torn. The shower rod was heavily rusted. The bathroom cabinets were filthy. The faucet in bathroom was missing the aerator. The stove-top and frying pans had caked on grease and food. Upon notification to Vacasa, they replaced the comforter, shower rod and frying pan. After they inspected the faucet, they determined that it needed to be replaced. It was never replaced during our 6-week stay. My husband thoroughly cleaned the stove top and frying pans. I cleaned the bathroom cabinets and replaced the missing bumpers. As we were focused on major issues, we later noticed that there were two light bulbs missing in the bathroom and there were numerous dead bugs in the kitchen light fixture. On a positive note, the condo complex was nice. It is a five-minute drive to the Sabino Canyon National Park. We often hiked the many trails in the park.

Stayed Feb 28, 2021The property was mostly cleaned but the whole place looks tired and worn. The bedroom carpeting is terribly stained, the shower curtain liner was moldy and discolored, the washing machine is quirky-make sure the lid is closed firmly. Washer and dryer are sooo noisy. The dishwasher takes a firm push to get closed. There’s lots of plates and glasses and silverware but the pots and pans and knives leave much to be desired. Plenty of towels but bring laundry items. Kid-sized hangers only, we bought our own. Nothing to clean with-no mop, bucket, cleaning towels, dish cloths, etc but there are kitchen towels. The lock box is simply impossible-need lots of patience. The mattress is 13 years old and there was no mattress pad. If you’re the first person in the shower, your shower is nice and hot; if you’re the second person in the shower, your shower is adequately warm. Don’t be the third person taking a shower until the water heater recovers. The patio and furniture is nice as is the view of the green belt and mountains.

Stayed Feb 1, 2020We loved the complex and area, but would never re-book this property. It is very dated and needs a lot of remodeling. Furniture stained, carpets dirty, bed is sagging, some kitchen utensils dirty or didn’t work, had to have maintenance fix hot water flow in bathroom, etc., etc. We booked a remodeled condo in same complex for next year.

Stayed Jan 13, 2018The place was lovely, unfortunately whoever is in charge of cleaning and maintaining the unit were not very . . . We called and emailed them (Vacasa and Andy Tiff) during our stay and they responded with very few words and no action; therefore, we will be staying again at Veranda at Ventana again next year for four months but a different unit where we have met the owners who live in Tucson.
