Modern condo in resort, 5 min to Disney. WiFi, water slides, pool, arcade!

Overall, it was a nice, clean place, and for the price it was okay; however, there were a few issues we wanted to mention. Both bathroom toilet seats were old, stained, and uncomfortable to use and should be replaced. Each bathroom was only supplied with one roll of toilet paper, and the kitchen only had one roll of paper towels, which wasn’t enough for our stay. In the master bathroom, two of the light bulbs were not working, and while the shower was okay, it did look a bit old. We wanted to share this feedback so these things can be improved for future guests.

The host was incredibly helpful and easy to reach.Communication prior and during our stay was very professional.

We booked this unit because it appeared to be at or right next to the clubhouse next to all the beautiful amenities. Once we arrived, we learned the unit we were staying in was almost 0.5 miles from the club house. For this stay, we only considered properties with private hot tubs or units extremely close to community hot tubs. My wife and I enjoy unwinding after the kids go to bed. Due to the distance, we were unable to enjoy the amenities. The host communicated well, but after learning of their allegedly unintentional bait and switch, they offered no consideration to us. It took over 24 hours for the owner to respond with information to allow enable us to use the tv. (Controller was in another room and we didn’t know what we were looking for). The property is nice, but we missed out on a key part of our vacation due to a misleading listing. The host promised to adjust the listings to reflect the correct location. It is my hope that they do so.

Condo was cute, roomy, and had the amenities we like to have, while staying away from home - washer/dryer, full kitchen, and wi-fi. I don’t generally sleep soundly, when I’m in any bed other than my bed at home, but I slept like a baby every single night we were at the condo! Upon arriving, I had some concerns regarding the bedding (it wasn’t dirty, just not what I was anticipating), which management promptly responded to and took care of! Based upon past experiences at locations my family has traveled to, I always do a thorough walkthrough of wherever we are staying, before anyone gets settled. In doing so, I found a sock under the master bed and some clothing tags on the floor of the closet of the second bedroom. This didn’t impact my experience negatively or make me feel as if the condo itself was unclean. I disposed of those items and chalked it up to them simply being overlooked, when the condo was cleaned prior to our stay, which can happen to anyone. We enjoyed our stay very much, except for needing to leave early (our decision) to evacuate before the incoming hurricane. In all of our years traveling to FL for vacation, that was definitely a first for our midwestern family - haha! We would definitely stay at this condo again! Management was also so great to work with, which I appreciated!

Great place to stay...close to Disney, shopping and some great dining options. Would definitely choose to stay here when I am back in the area. The owner was very responsive to a request to add on an extra night. Everything was seamless.....booking/check in and check out.

This was a perfect place for our Disney and Universal trip. The only reason I only gave four stars for cleanliness was because there was hair all over the floor and on the shower. Everything else was great!

I think the apartment needs a deep cleaning.

My daughter and I stayed here for a volleyball tournament at the convention center. It was clean, right next to Wal Mart and most importantly, we felt safe! We would definitely stay here again!
