Stayed Jun 18, 2022Property was clean and well equipped for our family of 5. It is very convenient to shopping and WDW. The only real issue we had was the inconsistency at the pool with lifeguard availability supporting the water slides. This was a selling point for this property and the slides were often closed due to staffing issues or opened late. I would recommend this property for a small family.

Stayed Jun 13, 2022The property was mostly clean and stocked very well. Spent most of our stay at volleyball tournaments, but it was a nice place to come back to and relax. Very easy check in process.

Reviewer Comments: The only thing which I felt is that the toiletries provided were really less for 7 days stay. you should have at least provided 2 sets of toiletries. Also there was no paper towel for 5 days even when we asked for kitchen. yo

Slight ant problem and need more bath towels for guests are only 2 items that made the stay not completely perfect, because otherwise it was!!

Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed the condo, upon arrival the code to get in to the condo didn’t work, we had to call which took about 15-20mins to get resolved, the condo was beautiful but could have been cleaner in my opinion, especially for a $115 fee! the resort was nice and fun it was a little small but enjoyable, overall it was good for the price...Definitely will come back again!

Stayed Apr 2, 2021Everything about the way the place was advertised was false. Our TV did not work and we heard every noise from the parking lot and units above us throughout the night and again at 5am the following morning. We called to ask for help and the person said to call the sheriffs. I was told the property manager would be in touch at 9am. No one called. Called again at 11 and was told again someone would call and come. No one came and I called again at 3pm where I was told pretty much the same thing. I have two young kids who did not sleep and their next day was ruined. We went to sit outside and the property is located in a construction zone. We open our door to hear construction machines, hammering and drilling. We also found a half smoked cigar under one of the chairs outside. Great way to spend your vacation.
