Modern Condo-3 min to Main

Everything about this place was fantastic! It was super clean, quiet neighborhood, and very comfortable living space. We loved the backyard! Steve was great to work with.

Host was easy to work with, the place was clean and had everything we needed!

Condo is small but very nice. Full kitchen, great bed and loved the outdoor space. Definitely great for two people wanting a little more than a hotel room. Location very private and very handy to everything.

The amenities were awesome! The host was available and very helpful when I had to make a quick call. The property was very beautiful. We would love to go back.

The space was clean and so tastefully decorated. It was just the right size for 2. We enjoyed coffee on the patio in the mornings. The location was close to town and easily accessible to the wineries. We will stay here again.

My wife and I stayed at this property in Fredericksburg, Texas (12/27-1/1) and we had a wonderful visit. It had been 10 years since we were last in F-burg but nothing really had changed, the charm of the community and the German hospitality were still present. The condo was perfect, very quiet location...we will stay again!

The condo was fabulous. The only thing we felt was a little misleading was its closeness to town. It really was not walkable to the main area of shops and restaurants like the description said. But it was a close drive. Parking was the problem. We were hoping to walk. But still loved it!

In town as an artist in the festival. We needed a safe quite relaxing place to stay. We work so hard all day it was a pleasure to go back to such a beautiful condo. This place was fantastic and we will see if it is available every time we come to Fredericksburg! Thanks to the owner.

We recently stayed here for our anniversary and loved the location of the house. The size and cleanliness were definitely looking at this place when we come back again.
