Great amenities. Very close to amusement parks. Quiet area

This was our first time using Vrbo. Everything worked smoothly from day one. The pool area in clean and very nice. The condo was very clean, very easy to get to Disney, Seaworld, Discovery Cove and all of the attractions. Will definately be using this again.

Everything was wonderful about this rental unit. Close to all theme parks, great amenities, and super clean.

Our toddler had so much fun swimming and the short walk to get to the pool area was nice. The condo is lacking amenities or they need replacing. Pots and pans are in poor condition. One whole side/arm rest of the couch was broken and couldn’t be sat against. The one bed felt as though they put a size too big mattress on the frame because if you got too close to the edge, it would literally bend to a slope. We are a family of 3 and were provided only one washcloth, two hand towels and five bath towels. Only two pool towels were provided. (We purchased a third and left it hoping they’ll keep it there for future guests.) White floors show every speck of dirt, and under things (beds/kitchen table/coffee table) had not been cleaned. Second bathroom did not provide a shower mat for after bathing; the one in the main bathroom isn’t one that appears to ever get cleaned. This wasn’t a place that made you feel welcome, it wasn’t a homey feel. We primarily planned to stay at the condo so we were hoping for more comfort. If has potential to be a four or five star place with some needed upgrades and amenities provided.

We stayed for a Cheer Competition weekend at ESPN. It was close and easy to get to and from the parks. We spent time at the pool on our day off and had dinner at the clubhouse. Great place to stay away from the madness of Disney!

Very convenient to everything, nice and safe area, security gate, affordable. Problem was that two lamps were broken and the sheets were not cleaned. They did respond and fix it the next day. Dirty sheets are inexcusable though. I gave them a 4 star because they fixed it quick.

The property is at a perfect location for Disney's Magic Kingdom, 10 - 15 min. drive.Nice quiet gated community with great pool and water slides for the kids at the club house.Walmart near by for grocery shopping.

Nice location and complex but the condo is very minimal. Little to no cooking capabilities. Missing moat basics needed to cook, clean or do wash..

Property was as advertised. Clean and convenient to pool and all disney parks. Bright and spacious ground floir unit with patio for morning coffee. Stayed at this resort several times and will definitely rent this unit again.

Our stay had many great aspects, starting with the prime location — it was incredibly convenient for visiting the Disney parks. The property was also close to the pool and clubhouse, making it easy to enjoy the amenities. Both the pool and hot tub were well-maintained and provided a great place to relax. Inside, the beds were comfortable, and the blackout shades were very effective, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The kitchen was well-stocked with essentials, making meal prep easy, and communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout our stay. They also provided three pool towels, which was a nice touch.However, there were a few downsides. Each bathroom had less than a full roll of toilet paper, and only one dishwasher pod was provided, which felt a bit insufficient for a longer stay. Some lamps didn’t work, and there were no basic cleaning supplies like countertop spray or a dry mop, which would have been helpful. We also noticed coffee drips on the kitchen cabinets, and unfortunately, some mold in the main bedroom closet as well as minor mold in the bathrooms. This caused a noticeable mildew odor throughout the condo even with the dehumidify running. While these issues didn’t ruin our experience, better attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and stocking basic supplies would have made the stay even better.

Our family of 4 had a great stay at this property. Very clean, comfy beds and plenty of space. Short walk to the pool and club house. The kids loved the water slides. Easy commute to the Disney parks. Will stay here again when going back to Disney.

Overall, we were happy with our experience. The property manager/ owner was quick to respond and was extremely helpful. The property was clean with some minor use. A few small things that would have made the experience better- more toilet paper. We were there seven nights with four people and had to go out and buy more. A few more rolls is all we would have needed. Also, towels, four towels were not enough for us. Having a washer and dryer in unit was great, but we didn't have washing machine soap to do laundry, so for convenience we had to buy towels for us to use. We were very happy about the great communication and how easy check in and check out was. The property was overall pretty quiet and well taken care of.

This place was really nice and welcoming

My family & I enjoyed our stay at with AYP Rentals! We felt right at home as it was spacious and very accommodating. The community amenities were great as well. Our kids loved the pool and slides onsite that were only a few minutes walk away. I loved that garbage was picked up daily outside the home. Plus the home is very close to the Disney Parks and to tons of restaurants, shops etc. The few concerns we had were quickly answered by Mr. Vergara. I would recommend this home to anyone traveling to the area. The only things I would change, would be to perhaps provide a swifter for the home. Although I love the white tiled floor, everything shows on it and the broom doesn't do it justice. The dispenser may also need to be emptied. Despite these minor concerns, I'd definitely stay here again.

Great location very comfortable I felt safe in the area which is a plus. My only concern was there were gnats that seem to be coming from the garbage disposal with a slight stitch. But overall very clean and comfortable stay.
