The apartment was clean, elegantly decorated, and comfortable, with a pleasant view. The staff were friendly, pools spacious and clean, and the cafe downstairs had great food. . I'm not one to usually leave reviews but this place just far exceeded my expectations and I'm so ready to go back!!

Condo was absolutely gorgeous and clean. Stunning views from bedroom and living room, enormous balcony. Close to great outlet mall and almost across the street from the beach, which was itself absurdly perfect. I miss it every day. What a dream! Trying to remember downsides…the bunk room was hot and the fan was too loud to run.

We had a great time in Mirimar Beach for Spring Break. This rental was exactly what it looked like in the listing. The only criticism would be the cleanliness - it was clean, but could have been a little cleaner in certain areas. The king size bed did not have a comforter on it. It was folded up and in the closet. The queen size bed did have a comforter on it but it was wrinkled as if it was poorly cleaned. There was hair in the freezer ice machine too. The only other complaint I have is the quality of provided toilet paper and paper towels. We left some of ours there for the next guest and it was certainly a nicer offering. The pools were lovely, clean and not too busy. The location is a short walk to the beach. My children enjoyed the soaking tub in the master bathroom. Parking was easy and close to the entrance.

We have stayed at Aerial Dunes before and none have come close to this condo! Quick response when a pack and play was not ready for us, communication was immediate! The cleanliness was important to us as we had our 1 year old with us! We will be booking this condo again! Thank you for a beautiful place!

This unit had everything we needed! From a beautiful view to a well appointed kitchen to cleanliness that I rarely see in a rental, we couldn’t have asked for more. We enjoyed our stay, were very comfortable entertaining family that live in the area and would definitely stay there again (something I have only said about one other place we’ve stayed). Highly recommend this unit!

The property was excellent. Everything was clean and perfect for a home away from home. The view is amazing! It was such a short walk to the beach and the pools were great for the kids. We will definitely be staying here again. It all went flawlessly and we had a great time.

The condo is spotless and recently remodeled. It offered plenty of space for my family and has a large balcony with an amazing panoramic view of the gulf that's about a 5 minute walk away. The grocery store is close by which enabled us to make use of the fully stocked kitchen (nothing beats a home cooked breakfast while gazing at the beach from the balcony!) The property itself was great. Plenty of parking and an on-site restaurant that offered some night life entertainment. There are some large pools and other amenities available but we spent most of our time in the sand. Although the first day was met with horrible weather (thanks, Mother Nature) there was plenty to do within a short drive. Among other things, Bass Pro Shops is right up the road and a children's arcade with an awesome laser tag setup and ice-cream shop is just outside the gate to the property. There are board games and cards in the condo as well. I got smoked in Yatzee by my 8 year old but had a great time anyway. :) Where do I begin with the beach? It's picture perfect. The bright soft sand is the best I've experienced. Not to sound too hokey, but it's like the ones you used to see on postcards. I'm accustomed to East-Coast sandy beaches so this was a highlight for me. There is a restaurant and bar both within easy walking distance on the beach (185 steps but who's counting.) Chairs and umbrella's can be rented each day if desired but I don't know what they cost. Overall, I don't think there was one aspect of our stay that wasn't well above average. We will be staying here again for sure!
