Modern and Colorful Condo Right Next to Beach

This condo was great, had everything we needed. The only thing was I was expecting a view of the ocean which it didn’t have, but still overall a great stay.

Met our needs. We will return.

No direct beach view. Had to wait 45 min and multiple calls to VRBO/VACASA/LOCAL MANAGEMENT to get code for lockbox. O i structions for anything, like TV/Dish network, Heaters, or local attractions. Sink facet leaky and spraying water.

Condo was cute and the price was right. Wish we’d have picked one of the places with a view though. Maybe enough coffee for the first morning pot and a box of Kleenexes would be a nice touch. End tables in the living area were a bit wobbly… maybe just a matter of tightening screws? Other than that it was quite comfortable for the two of us.

Cute place. Clean. Great location. Bed and couch are a bit saggy. Kitchen needs a frying pan and coffee.

This unit is, as advertised, about a block from the ocean. It’s an easy 5-minute walk to beach access. The unit is clean and well cared for, though small. We were, however, surprised by the lack of expected staple items, particularly in the kitchen. There is an oven and a small Pyrex pan, but no baking tray. There are a few scratched up skillets and some spoons/spatulas, but not many, and are very few silverware to use, so plan to wash and reuse constantly. If you plan to cook I would recommend bringing everything you need. There was salt but no pepper, and no other spices, cooking oils, etc. The bathroom is very nice and clean, but the towels feel like they belong in a cheap hotel—even one step up would make a huge difference. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but would likely stay elsewhere next time.

We had a really nice time. We brought our two pups and it went really well. There is a lot of area for them to do their business. The condo was nice and clean. I would suggest some hooks in the bathroom and there was only the one loveseat to sit on, but we did fine. I'd return with our pups again.

The tv doesn’t work in the bedroom. And they need a workable kitchen. They need some spoons.

If you want a quiet, sleepy beach town on the beautiful Oregon coast Neskowin is it. Located so close to Lincoln City (not quiet, not sleepy) and not far from Newport it was perfect. That’s location - Neskowin. This unit has no beach view. Located at bottom end of back building on the property, it was ideal for pottying our dog - areas right outside doors (2). Easy quick walk to huge rocked embankment where you can sit on top rocks and watch sunsets over ocean. In putting in bunk beds (assume to up the sleeping capacity, they have dramatically reduced the comfort in the living/great room area. One small couch is seating. For a couple wanting to relax to watch tv it wasn’t comfortable. Fortunately we spent little daytime/eves in unit. There have been problems with cleanliness in this unit. Property managers are concerned as they inquired mid-stay about it. Generally very clean but the drip pans under burners were solid burn. Communicated that to them - easy fix, just replace them. Bet they are now shiny metal!

Great place for a ocean getaway. A few steps from the beach. Grounds are lovely. Very clean and minimally furnished.

We enjoyed this cozy place. It had everything we needed. Instructions on how TV works would be nice. Also, Kleenex!
