The condo offers two reserved parking spaces and features outdoor living spaces with a BBQ grill and a furnished balcony that boasts ocean views. Additional amenities include an iron/ironing board, hair dryer, and washer & dryer. The condo also features 4 TVs and wireless internet access, along with a smart lock for easy entry.
