This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa has been thoughtfully designed for live-in comfort, featuring architectural details such as crown molding, elegant beadboard, and sophisticated tile flooring throughout.

Living & Dining: The spacious living room is anchored by a 52-inch flat-screen TV and expansive glass sliders that open directly to your private patio. Wake up to tranquil sunrise views over the fairways as golfers and cyclists begin their day. The dining area features a formal table for six, perfect for hosting family dinners.

Gourmet Kitchen: The fully stocked kitchen features sleek granite countertops and modern appliances. A convenient pass-through window to the dining area ensures the cook is always part of the conversation.

Primary Suite: Features a plush King-sized bed in a soothing coastal-themed palette, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a private vanity and tub/shower area.

Transportation: We are located approximately 100 yards from a Sea Pines Trolley stop, providing seasonal, complimentary transport to Harbour Town, South Beach, and other resort attractions.

Recreation: Bike racks are located directly outside the villa, providing easy access to 15+ miles of paved leisure trails.



Other Things to Note:

Beach Ready: We provide 4 beach chairs and an umbrella in the entryway closet for your convenience.

Prohibited Items: Per community regulations, e-bikes are not allowed within Sea Pines.

No Gym: Please note that fitness center access is not provided on the property.

Parking: Plenty of unassigned parking is available directly in front of the villa.
