4th Street Live was just blocks away, plenty to do and plenty of restaurants to eat at.

We were in Louisville for a conference and the location couldn’t have been better. Even though it was close to 4th Street live and few doors from a night club, you hardly knew you were in an entertainment area once inside the apartment. Definitely would stay again if the need arises.

The property looks as listed in the photos and feels much more spacious than a normal 2 bed 2 bath. It has all the amenities you’d need and is in a good location as far as walking downtown. We had a minor issue getting into the apartment; however, the manager was able to correct the issue relatively quickly.

We had a good stay at this location. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to understand. Parking is included, but off site (a half-block away). We did have one housekeeping issue that was addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. The neighborhood is busy, and Friday night was quite loud, as there is a concert venue on the same block. Rooms were large and well-appointed.

Very nice place and very clean. Streets were pretty loud at night. For sure bring a sound machine to try to cover it up.

Went with a group from work to a conference. We were very surprised at how spacious the place was. The keypad to get in to the building were a little tricky at first but once we got the hang of it we had no issues at all. Definitely would stay here again.

2 stars because of location only. Terrible stay otherwise. Location was great and the space was large although we only spent time in the apartment while sleeping and getting ready for the day. Upon arrival at nearly midnight, we discovered that the main bathroom was uncleaned. Hair covered the shower walls, the bath mat was excessively stained, the toilet seat was left up, the sink had crusty substances in it, etc. In the morning we decided to suck it up and use this foul shower to get ourselves ready for the day that we had planned… only to find that the drain was clogged as well and we were then standing in water with contents of the drain rising. Thankfully, the property manager quickly responded shortly after 9am with an apology and said she would send someone out to fix it. At noon, someone came to repair the tub and told us they cleaned the shower as well (we were so grateful to go home to a clean shower that night!). Upon arrival that night, we found that the contents of the drain cleaning had been removed from the tub and left on a towel for us. The additional cleaning cloths were left in the sink. As a previous review also mentions, the walls are scuffed, the blinds are stained and sticky, floors were not swept, etc. I would not recommend this stay.
