• Any incidents, accidents, damages must be reported ASAP to host.
• No garage access

Compliance Requirements: Any guest booking without a profile picture or without prior reviews, will be required to send a copy of their state issued ID prior to arrival. Host reserves the right to cancel, if ID is not sent to host within 3 days of booking or at least 3 hours before check-in for same day bookings.
