Stayed Jun 15, 2024This was our first time staying at Seapointe Village, and hopefully won’t be our last! The unit is beautiful! Well furnished and beautifully decorated, clean and in a great location. One of the four beautiful pools is just outside the bottom patio. The two bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Perfect for our family. The open kitchen and living room was a great space for our family to share meals, plan our days, and hang out. Tons of bright lighting throughout and beachy decor! The grounds are also beautifully landscaped and well maintained. We were amazed by the beautiful flowers and waterfalls all over! It truly felt like a resort! The private beach is just steps away. The white sand is clean and powdery. It may be the time of year, but we had no problem finding a spot at the beach or the pool during our stay! We loved having the option of beach or pool. Right by the pools are also grills and a fire pit where you can roast marshmallows, make s’mores and meet other residents. The location is perfect! Right between Wildwood and Cape May, but quiet. Within walking distance of a couple of restaurants, ice cream and mini golf. Michelle was communicative and friendly; before our stay, she provided a list of restaurants and activities for our family. Gerry, the property manager, was also wonderful! She was super responsive and made it a point to meet us in person. Overall, this was a 5 star vacation for our family and we can’t wait to go back!!

Stayed Sep 2, 2023We had a wonderful time. The condo was in a nice, bright location and near a pool. Seapointe Village is a very quiet and respectful place to stay. Had one issue with one of the showers but it was taken care of very quickly even though it was holiday weekend. It was a pleasure dealing with Michelle and would love to stay again.

Stayed Aug 20, 2022We had a wonderful time at this spacious and beautifully maintained NJ Shore vacation home. The location is perfectly set next to the Ibis indoor/outdoor pool complex and a short walk to the beach. While the pool next door was open until 10pm noise was never an issue for us. The spacious two story home is impeccably maintained and outfitted with all the necessary items to complete our vacation. From a well stocked kitchen with all the necessary items to prepare a gourmet meal to all the little touches that made us immediately feel at home. The kids loved having bunkbeds and their own TV in the second bedroom for quiet downtime after our adventures at the beach. The main bedroom had a very comfortable queen bed and spacious bathroom the home throughout was thoughtfully decorated. The beaches at Diamond beach are nothing that I have ever experienced anywhere else on the Jersey Shore. The fine white sand is easy to walk on and there are numerous pathways on the beach to help you make your way to the water. The waves are gentle enough for small children to enjoy but big enough to surf and boogie board on. You can walk out close to a 100 yds in waist deep water. We enjoyed heading out each morning to boogie board and then head to one of the four pools with lifeguards for an afternoon swim. Top tip when the tour boats pass by at the beach look out for the dolphins jumping in the wake behind the boats. Also our kids loved playing in the tide pools created after high tide on the beach. The owners graciously allowed us to use their beach box so we could store our beach gear rather than bringing it back to our car each day. If you haven’t been to Seapointe Village the grounds are impeccably maintained and there are numerous activities to keep everyone entertained from basketball to playgrounds and two tennis courts. We enjoyed cooking our meals on one of the numerous grills and later in the evening sitting by one of the fire pits. I could go on about all the things that make this home and this location our favorite place on the Jersey Shore but it would be best for you to book this place while you can and start creating memories. We will be back if our travel plans permit in the future.

Stayed Jul 2, 2022Great location with easy access to private beach; did not have to deal with an overcrowded beach. Facility amenities were the real selling points for this property. One complaint is that the washer needs to be replaced. It had a good amount of mold and was unusable. While not specifically stated as being included, having some decent essentials such as cooking oil, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc would have been nice.
