We had a great stay! Easy access to the slopes. The condo was clean and very cozy. Easily fit our family of 5. We put the kids in the bedroom and my wife and I stayed out on the sleeper sofa so we could get up and have coffee watching the sunrise. The view was great! We will definitely stay here again.

Great access to everything, easy parking and comfortable accommodations.

Place was not cleaned very well before our arrival. It was almost like a football team had just gotten out of practice with black rubber pellets all over the floor, including very old peanut M&Ms in the bedroom. All of the throw rugs were dirty or stained. Wallpaper peeling off the walls.Although I’m sure some people will disagree I felt like there was too much furniture making it hard to get around or bring any ski equipment in. We use the sofa bed as a couch, which is incredibly uncomfortable, and then the headboard would fall apart every time you tried to pull the bed in or out.

Super close to the slopes and convenient. It was a tight space, but used it well.

Did I mention the location. You’re a few steps away from the top of the ballhooter lift from there you can ski left to some easier terrain ski right to head over to the Eagle lift area or you can just go straight down Ballhooter a very nice steep blue. The apartment is well stocked I was able to do all of my meals in the apartment without having to use any of the restaurants at snowshoe. Everything was clean. The Roku and Sony TV worked great. for this year, we had great snow coverage and good weather. Check-in was easy and there’s free parking in a bit in the large parking lot. Plenty of carts to get your stuff from the car up to the top. these are good people to work with. I think this will be the third year I’ve rented from this group. I highly recommend it.

Comfy, clean, would stay again

We stayed here for 3 nights with our oldest son (5) to ski. The location was absolutely perfect and the amenities were great for anyone with littles! Highly recommend!

The place was clean, host was very responsive, walking distance to the village and slopes. I would definitely stay here again.

Great little place to call home while you stay up in the mountain. Great location and lots of fun activities for kids right in the lodge. Short walk to Ballhooter lift and the Split Rocks Pool. Room was sticked with everything we needed to feel at home.
