The condo was bright, clean and had a great view. Mountain Lodge building itself and the corridors are dark and uninviting....

Expensive for worth. Dated and unclean common areas.

The unit was very nice and upgraded and met outr needs. I compliment the owners. However, the service you get from Mountain Lodge and Snowshoe has gone way down over the years. Multiple reach outs and service was both non-existent and frankly rude. Just not service focused at all anymore. Been going to Snowshoe for 30 years and this was the worst experience in all that time.

Place was great, location was great the only problem we had was when we arrived there were no beds made or extra linens for the sofa sleeper and there were no towles in the bathroom. The front desk and cleaning staff were able to quickly fix the problem.

My daughter and I stayed for a short break and it was fantastic. Super convenient! The building is a bit beat up but considering amount of water that gets tracked in and people wearing their ski boots one would expect that. We were able to look out the deck door and see how busy the slopes were. Absolutely loved being able to come in and take a break before going out and skiing more. This was a hidden gem that we will definitely try to rent again. The front desk was friendly. Parking was super convenient and the actual condo was very nice and accommodating.

The perfect place for a ski trip at Snowshoe. Lots of places to shop and eat nearby at the village. Never had to get back in the car.

My family of 4 stayed here with our two boys. We loved the location of the unit. Perfect for skiing. Walkable to everything in the village. Outstanding view of ballhooter lift! Unit was outdated, but we knew that. Very, very clean. Will stay here again!

Had a great time skiing with my son. We really enjoyed the quick access to the slopes, along with the short walk to the village shops!

We had a great time. The location is great, the condo had everything we needed and it was clean. I personally really appreciated all the hooks and shelves in the hall and in the bathroom.

very neat slope side location. Not only it was close to the lift, but it had a great view to the lift. You can see other ski and snowboarders gathering infront of the lift in the morning and see the snow maintainece team working on slopes during night. Conveniently located in the middle of the lodge, so you can both utilize the elevator and also back stairs to the slopes.

Mountain Lodge is right next to the lift and very accessible. great for families.

We are all very satisfied by this place because it is so convenient and with a view of lift.

Everything was as expected, great staff, great location! Very basic, everything you need and nothing more. Stayed at mountain lodge many times, we’ll be back many more times!
