Please note: For Guests booking directly through VRBO or our website, a $250 pre-authorization hold will be placed on your credit card on the day of arrival. This is not a charge—just a temporary hold that will be released after your departure once housekeeping confirms the unit is in good order. Depending on your bank, the hold typically clears within 5–8 business days.

During this 2026 summer season, Mountain Lodge will undergo minor interior renovations. While this shouldn't impact the quality of your stay, please be aware that you may experience some noise during non-quiet hours (between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM), and some common areas may be partially obstructed during your stay. THE UNIT:

Welcome to Mountain Lodge 370 — a beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom mountain retreat with stunning views and a modern, upscale feel. Located on the third floor and sleeping up to six Guests, this condo features a stylish full kitchen and a 7’x7’ deck.

Enjoy easy access to Snowshoe Village shopping, dining, and mountain adventures just a short walk away.

THE RESORT:

At 4,848 feet, Snowshoe Mountain has the best skiing south of Vermont and east of Colorado, and is the perfect all-season destination in West Virginia’s Allegheny Mountains. You’re sure to find activities and adventures to keep all your family members happy.
● Winter – With an average yearly snowfall of 180 inches, the mountain offers 250 acres of skiable terrain, 61 slopes, 12 lifts, night skiing in Silver Creek, and five terrain parks for all skill levels. When you feel like taking a break from skiing or snowboarding, consider the many other activities available such as the Coca-Cola tubing park, Polaris RZR tours, snowmobile tours, and horse-drawn sleigh rides, to name a few.
● Summer – Enjoy the Snowshoe Bike Park with 40 downhill trails. Other activities include hiking, horseback riding, geocaching, clay shooting, golfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, relaxing on the sandy beach by Shavers Lake.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

● Mountain Lodge features equipment lockers for rent from the front desk on a first-come/first-serve basis, an inviting lobby built around a large fireplace (lit in the winter), laundry facilities, and a prime location that’s just a quick walk to Snowshoe’s main high-speed quad lift, Split Rock Pools, and Wildcat Grocery.
● Free shuttle buses are available from the Village to Top of the Mountain, and to Silver Creek for night skiing. Reach the Western Territory by way of the Silver Creek shuttle.
● If you need additional accommodations, please ask me about my other condos in the Snowshoe Mountain Resort.

PETS: Unfortunately, Mountain Lodge does not allow guests to bring pets of any type. As such, you will need to find alternative accommodations for your pets. However, if you have a certified Service Animal, let us know ahead of time so we can accommodate you. Service animals must be registered when you check-in at the front desk.

EARLY CHECK-IN: While we know you are excited to kick off your vacation, please note check-in begins at 5:00 PM. We may be able to accommodate an earlier check-in, if the room is ready.

LATE CHECK-OUT: Unfortunately, these are not possible. If you’d like a late checkout so you can enjoy all the mountain has to offer, we’re happy to book you for another night, if this or any of our other properties is available.
