Miracle's Runaway Bay 117 by SeaBreeze Vacation

SeaBreeze was easy to work with. Process from start to finish was great. The condo was well-equipped with all the amenities we could asked for, from a fully stocked kitchen to all the beach gear . We will definitely be back and will use SeaBreeze again.

My wife and I booked this rental on our first visit to Anna Maria Island. Upon making the reservation we ensured that the property was designated pet freindly because we usually travel with our two small-breed dogs. I messaged the property owner to make them aware and never heard back. Tow days before our departure, we recieved an email stating that our reservation only included one pet. I immediately contacted Sea Breeze Vacations and was told that I could only bring one dog and that was what I agreed to. The customer service representative I spoke to was very rude. She told me that I was dishonest and only had myself to blame to the misunderstanding. She proceeded to blame it also on the HOA guidlines. After a difficult concersatiom with my wife, we decided not to bring either dog. Upon our arrival, the code to enter the property was not working properly. We had to call customer service again. After 30 minutes on trying to reach someone, the representative acted as of we were not using the keypad correctly. She finally gave us an alterate number that did work. Upon entering the property, it was apparent that it was not as nice as they were making it sound. There were stains on the furniture, missing cutains, and the kitchen was far from clean. In addition, we recieved complaints from the HOA concerning the parking pass not being visible in our rented golf cart. It was in plain view. AMI was beautiful. I suppose my expectation was too high. Don't recommend.

Condo was lovely, clean, comfortable and convenient location. Enjoyed the many beaches of AMI. We seen so much wild life, sea turtle on the beach across from the condo,baby octopus, sea urchin, variety crabs, star fish, dolphins, even caught a hammer head shark from one of the many peirs. Had an awesome time. Thank you for sharing your property and island with us.

This condo was accurate according to the pictures. The size was perfect for my husband, my daughter and myself for the week. It was centrally located to the beach, the dock and the pool and the washer/dryer was super convenient. The place was super clean with the exception of hairs that were on the couch and couch pillows (not sure if this is because the place is pet friendly). We did shy away from the pool at times due to the overwhelming amount of old men that live in the community but mid week it seemed to have turned over with younger families renting in other units. The unit is also on the first floor so noise from the upstairs unit was very apparent once our daughter had gone to bed. But overall, it was a great location, great beach week with less than a 2 minute walk to the access point, and was conveniently located to family staying in a big house a block over from us. Just for that reason we would consider staying here again. Thank you.

The experience was excellent. Reservation system was flawless. Property was as described.

The rental was as everything described, extremely clean and well maintained, pool and beach within steps of condo, a must stay !

Great location, property and host. The house had everything we needed, with just a 1 min walk to the beach. We will definitely be back again.

Property is nicely appointed with kitchen items, towels, linens, and beach/pool items. Furniture inside is nicely kept and perfect for a visiting family. TV and other appliances were all perfect. Runaway Bay is a fantastic community.

The condo was just as described. Very clean and homey with all of the beach necessities provided (wagon, umbrella, chairs, etc.). We were very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay again.

Had an excellent stay. We brought many unnecessary amenities as EVERYTHING was already there. They provided beach chairs, wagon, cooler, insulated mugs, beach towels and the list goes on. Perfect place for our dog. She's blind so being on ground level with no stairs to navigate was wonderful. We were also happy to not have any stairs to carry all of our luggage up. The AC was very efficient and thats a big plus. Short stroll to the beach, I'd say 5 minutes maybe (with a full wagon of beach gear). I have zero complaints, I'd definitely stay again and recommend it to others. If you want to be picky there are a few things that could use improvement. The couch is uncomfortable but it wasn't an issue. The sliding glass door was a little difficult to open and shut. There's no full length mirror. The rental company was the best I have worked with! They immediately answered when I had a question. They called in to check the day after we arrived to make sure we didn't have any issues. They notified me in advance the pool would be closed and offered a partial refund or full refund if I wanted to cancel.
