Stayed Jul 1, 2023This is our second year as a family to stay in this neighborhood. You won’t be disappointed by the location and pool. We have two young kids and unfortunately, were disappointed by the lack of cleanliness of our unit. From the floors to the ceiling, it needs a deep clean.

Stayed Apr 2, 2023The house was beautiful , it did have a handful of things that didn’t work like the dryer, a shelf in the fridge was broken, upon arrival there was broken glass on the mat in the kitchen and someone cut their foot, but unfortunately there management was so rude it overshadows everything else. Please don’t save your money or vacation days and spend it with coastal dreaming. All you have to do is read their response to people on google or yelp to see exactly what kind of people you are dealing with. I wish I had read the reviews before we booked but I didn’t. The owner of coastal dreaming is on some sort of power trip and gets off on being a bully. I seriously have never seen anything like it. I will probably write a more detailed review on google but for now just do yourself a favor and read a few of his responses to any negative review on google or yelp and choose to spend your money with people who have a heart and care about other people.

Stayed Feb 21, 2023We have booked this property a few times and always enjoy staying here. It is well decorated and clean as always and is in a top properties to book here in prominence. We had one small issue with the trash can this time probably due to the previous renter and needed cleaned but was not a big issue. Thanks

Stayed Jul 31, 2022Loved how it was decorated, and it is located in a great area! My only complaint was the floors were not cleaned when we arrived in certain areas and the plugs in the bathrooms did not work.

Stayed Jul 19, 2022We stay at prominence a few times A year so we have seen our share of listing in this location. I must say this home was great clean, had all you need.. pots pa s etc so no need to run out and grab any essentials. If I had any feedback would be beach chairs for renters to use. Other than that this property is in our top 2 to rent at prominence.. Thanks

Stayed Jun 20, 2022We rented with another family for a week and the home was set up perfectly! Our commute to the PCB baseball parks for our tournament was a smooth 30-40 min drive. Pier Park also was super easy to get to. Loved having the golf cart to drive over to The Chill across the road. Food was amazing, lots of shopping and entertainment each night. A bit pricey over there but to be expected along 30A. The house was immaculate upon arrival!! Beds and pillows very comfortable. I stayed in the bedroom across from the bathroom. That bathroom is huge and plenty of space for my family of 4 to share. Really enjoyed the pool, quiet neighborhood, and location. We ate at the Old Florida Fish House…. OMG phenomenal food! Only about 2 miles away from house. Thank you for an awesome week experiencing 30A for the first time!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This rental is exactly as advertised! Beautifully furnished, clean, comfortable. Coastal Dreamin provided excellent information- we had everything we needed and never had to contact them for anything. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Stayed Mar 12, 2022This spot made an excellent first impression when we walked through the door and that impression lasted throughout our stay. Clean, tidy and comfortable. Only wish there had been salt and pepper and other condiments so we wouldn't have had to purchase those.
