Million Dollar View! Wifi, Cable & Semi-Private Pool just steps away!

The view is beautiful and the condo is fully equipped with everything you would need. However, we had to leave early because the King bed was so uncomfortable and beyond its life that my back and hips were in too much pain. It had major dips and was a terrible sleep. The condo was clean but it felt a bit dated and had personal belongings everywhere.

The property and location are great. We enjoyed spending time on the patio watching sunsets, storms and activities on the shoreline. The beaches on Seabrook and Kiawah Island are nice. There are a multitude of things to do in the area. Wish we had more time there.

The accommodation was everything we hoped for! The view truly is amazing - great spot to drink coffee in the morning and unwind from the day with a view. The sleeping arrangements weee comfortable and we were pleasantly surprised with the abundance of children’s toys and books both in the home and for use on the beach which made packing a lot easier for our trip.

My little family and I absolutely loved our stay here! My daughters are 5 & 2 and were absolutely amazed by all of the toys there to play with. They especially loved the books! This place was well stocked, and had everything you could need! The views are spectacular. My husband and I lived in South Carolina for a while, but never visited Kiawah. It was such a wonderful, peaceful experience. We walked out onto the boardwalk every night so my daughters could say “goodnight” to all of the little crabs roaming around. My 5 year old now has a new obsession with salt marshes, it’s adorable. The nature here is absolutely wonderful. Our first night in, we walked onto the boardwalk and we were immediately at peace. Not only did we feel at home (we miss SC!) but there were also ZERO sounds from cars, businesses, or rowdy people. This place is so family friendly. We will be back!

I have stayed at this condo many times, and it never disappoints! The view is absolutely gorgeous. The condo is very nicely decorated and is comfortable for children and adults. The kitchen is well-appointed which makes cooking very easy. The porch is awesome! Check-in is extremely easy. Bonnie and Danielle are always responsive to any questions! My grands love the toys available. Bikes, chairs, beach towels, and toys all make for an easy and lovely stay! Definitely a five-star stay!

The unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We love the quietness, wildlife, boats, and beauty of the marsh view. Would love to return.

This is our second time staying at the condo and we just love it so much! The location, the layout, the well stocked kitchen, the community pool, the marsh, the boardwalk or your own awesome screen porch for for watching sunset...it has everything!

My family loved this condo. Stunning, beautiful and clean! Beds super comfy! Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of towels! I would recommend staying here if you’re looking for a low key and quiet place.

The view from the screened-in porch was beautiful. The unit had everything we needed and more. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked, which was a nice plus for those little things we forgot to pack. The pool that is only for this group of condos is just a short walk across the parking lot. We felt very welcome.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Everything was as described, clean and we appreciated having the kitchen and bathrooms well stacked. It's so nice to have the basic supplies as you arrive after a long trip. We enjoyed the view from the porch, the pool which was mostly very quiet and having access to the bikes. The location is convenient to the stores, restaurants and the beach. If we come back to Seabrook Island, we will definitely would like to book the same condo.

LOVED this place! Also, we are from Charleston originally, and everyone enjoyed remembering Ken Burger’s writing as evidenced in the condo.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The villa was clean, well furnished and had the most beautiful views! Our kids loved that there were legos to play with too!

Perfect! The condo has a phenomenal view. We spent a lot of time on the screen porch. Cool crabbing dock is also steps away. We loved the pool and the two bikes. The condo is well appointed-plenty of everything. The location is beautiful. We will be back!!

When we arrive to any vacation we most always check what we need to get at the grocery store as in bathroom, kitchen, laundry items because we always treat our vacation spot like it was our own house, but this time around this vacation spot had literally everything in it that we needed! It was as if we were just their friends coming to visit and they had all the essentials there without them there with us! It was the most enjoyable stay we have ever stayed at! I would recommend this place to anyone!
