Million Dollar view of the Lake on Horseshoe Bend

The place wasn't that nice the living room furniture was dirty and broke down the most comfortable chair was a patio chair. Master bathroom shower backed up. The best thing was the view

Beautiful view. Property had comfortable beds and wonderful oscillating fans in each bedroom. We were not happy about the 9AM checkout.

Property was clean and quiet. Beautiful view. Condo was fully equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommend.

The porch was caked with mold and fungus. The cushions on the chairs are horribly stained. I put towels on them when sitting. Needs LOTS of updating and freshening up. Check in and Hosts response was fine.

Very nice place to get away. We enjoy quiet and this was perfect.

Condo was nice and clean. Loved the view.

I have no complaints about the property. If I return to the area, I would stay here again. But beware, the state is very, very hilly and every where you go you will be climbing up hills. I got a real workout in this state.

I was looking to get away for a few days to relax. The view from the balcony was awesome. I drank my morning coffee there and had a drink in the evenings and watched the sunset.

Comfy and clean, great views

When we first arrived at the condo, it wasn’t clear what unit it was, and we walked into somebody else’s condo. She told us which one it was so apparently it has happened before. That was awkward. The code worked on that condo as well. Not a great start to our vacation. Condo is very outdated. Carpet was filthy and needs replacement. There was a questionable dark stain on the white shower curtain. Mildew on the patio rug.

It was a quiet complex. Needs a little updating but was super nice and amazing views. Tv didn’t work in one room but no biggie. Didn’t like the parking situation for carrying our luggage and groceries but Overall we’d stay again!

The condo was quiet and clean but showing age. The beds were comfortable which is very important.

The view from the property is spectacular and the property manager is very timely with communication and was accommodating which is why we gave it a 3 star vs 2. This property is VERY outdated, which we read but still gave it a try. This is beyond out dated cabinets and decor. The bathrooms are outdated, the shower dials to turn them on are old and broken and the tub of showers don't drain when you shower. There are several places inside that have parts of pain and dry wall missing. The walls had several areas that need washed--- fresh coat of pain would level up the feeling of staying somewhere clean. There were several dishes put away that still had food on them---- a pan was out away with bacon grease still in it. Though the deck was nice it was very old (a little elbow grease would make it feel more inviting and clean), the swing was falling apart (a few minor cost free interventions would fix it). There was a nice patio table and chairs there and there were pool noodles to use as well which we enjoyed. No fault of the property, but there are LOTS of stairs to the pool and to get down the the pretty gazebo so if you have difficulty this would not be the place for you. We really wanted to enjoy this property as we are looking for a regular place to stay, but this just was not it. We also had some concern with how the security of this property is handled. The pool is nice and fairly well maintained. This space is quite small on the inside, the pictures are deceiving.

My friend and I enjoyed a nice quiet time. The porch was awesome! There was a screened in area and an open air area with a porch swing... great for coffee and a good book. The place was clean and description and pictures were accurate, but not really up to date. We didnt care. We weren't there for the decor, and would much rather have it clean, which it was! No kleenex, body wash in shower, etc, so be sure to bring everything you need, including beach towels.

It had everything we needed, and the family had a great time.

Terry went above and beyond to make sure that we had a perfect stay. The place had everything that we needed!!
