Stayed Jun 14, 2023This room is fantastic for a family of 5 to stay in! We brought the kids grandfather as well and still had plenty of room. The incorporated twin beds fit my 12 year old and 9 year old well! There is a fold out couch in the living room and if you don’t want to use that there is enough room for a blow up mattress or two! The master bedroom has a fancy bed that massages and lifts the feet and head as well! The view is fantastic, even with the room being off the road a little bit! I recommend anyone staying here!! I did not count off on the room for this but the Ariel Dunes location is a bit outdated and the elevators were acting up the entire week! As we were leaving the elevators had gotten so bad they were stopping on every floor and one of them had become inoperable. All in all, the room itself is fantastic! I would recommend anyone staying here!!!

Stayed May 13, 2022The condo was absolutely beautiful and the welcome was very nice. The view was amazing! We even saw dolphins the morning we were leaving from the balcony! A cooler bag was provided which helped saved us some money. Overall this was the best condo I’ve stayed at in Destin. Highly recommend this place! One small thing we were unable to find was the pool and fitness center code. Other than that amazing :)

Stayed Apr 3, 2022The property is very clean and very well put-out. Loved the kitchen and had very good spacing. Only thing is the spacing in the closet’s were very small and I didn’t have room for my clothes and ect.

Stayed Feb 22, 2022Within 15 minutes of check in, I was soooo UPSET, I mean out right ANGRY. The issue was I should have BOOKED MORE time!!! I would have been upset anyway, unless I lived in this unit. I opened the door to hear relaxing smooth Jazz playing, nice touch Realjoy. Did a quick walk through the main bedroom and restrooms, turned the corner & saw the view! It took my breath away. I enjoyed my solo trip tremendously, it was just what I needed. You will not be disappointed in this space or with the view. However, YOU MAY BE UPSET if you didn't book more time. This pictures of the Unit are exactly as shown with one exception. The pictures on the site, of the view from the back balcony does it no justice. The view alone was worth every penny spent. If you are preparing meals, bring your grocery everything else you need is there! Don't forget your log in for TV apps if you will watch TV. There is cable TV (don't know what channels), I was to busy on the beach or chilling on the balcony with a good book, glass of wine and some fresh fruit. The beach is only a few steps away, ENJOY!!
